I was shown to my room where all the doors were literally broken off the lockers. The ensuite bathroom looked as if it had not been cleaned in a week. While there someone went into my backpack and stole an expensive pair of sunglasses. On a positive note: after my checkout they kept my backpack locked up so i could...

This is an absolutely lovely hostel. Beautiful, in a great location and with really great staff (Gi in particular was really nice, helpful and friendly). There are lots of maps and leaflets to help with orientation around Santiago and the wifi was excellent. Moreover, the beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious. Breakfast was a tad lacking but for...

I don't understand all the good reviews on TA. This is one of the worst hostels we've stayed in in 6 months of travel. We stayed in a private twin for 2nights. Pros -The free breakfast was quite nice (toast, jam, fruit, porridge, yogurt and tea/coffee) -The young girl at reception was very friendly and helpful. Cons -The street the...

I came to Santiago for 5 nights and stayed the whole time in this hostel. The people who work in this hostel are very kind and trying to help. They are pleased to get reviews and fix problems on real time (not that I had one...). In some evenings they do special things for the hosteds in a small price,...

Really nice hostel centrally located. Has nice social area and kitchen facilities. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and tidy. Staff are super helpful and happy to recommend spots to visit etc. Showers aren't so reliable with hot water but this seems to be all over South America! We're heading back there for a night before flying home so we must...

I am now standing at the reception desk. The staff is very kind and helpful in every way. The building has lots of great woodwork and character. The only thing I would recommend is a fan as the rooms are extremely hot in summer.

I've never traveled alone or stayed in a hostel before so I was hesitant at first but couldn't of picked a better one and that seems to be the general consensus of anyone whose stayed here. The location is perfect it's right downtown in the middle of all the sites and near 2 metros lines in a safe area. The...

Very helpful bi-lingual staff and lovely sit down breakfast. The rooms are fine and quiet enough if you are looking for a good night's sleep. There is a lovely communal sitting area.full of books to read and lovely people to meet. Internet connection and location are good too. Just a little hard to find
