Stayed here every time I came back to santiago from travelling around the surroundings. The staff are great and there are events organised every night, great place to meet people and centrally located. It's all you want from a backpackers hostel. Highly recommend!

Found certain staff slightly racist (Tamara excluded). For three nights we had loud music from the kitchen to the room, such that we couldnt sleep. The staff were unhelpful in sorting this situation. Dont sleep ground floor. Loud and electric doesnt workMore

We saw alot of hostels in Santiago... friends were staying at some which I won't name but they were the Lonely Planet recommended ones.... The owner Ari is so helpful and the other staff all speak fluent English, Spanish and a host of other languages...More
