Based on traveler feedback from other posts I notified management of our early morning (1am) arrival to ensure we would be able to check in. Upon arrival, and due to the language barrier, there was a lot of confusion as to our ability to check-in. Needless to say, we had to sleep on the couches in the waiting area until...

A few years ago my wife and I started noticing that in large cities there are often new apartments available as hotel stays. They are often quite inexpensive, well located, and well appointed. This is certainly the case with Chileapart. The management was very accessible and helpful when we arrived early for our stay. The apartment was quite close to...

This quiet apartment was at heart of the city on Merced Street. We took an official taxi from the airport $25US, met with kindness at the office and loved our cozy apartment with a view, kitchen, clean bathroom, next to big grocery store and we could walk to all the attractions. Add the FREE city walking tour as a bonus....

So glad we chose this place. High rise building within walking distance of metro. Simple twin beds, ensuite, lounge area and kitchen. Washer and dryer on the top floor with tokens available in foyer with washing powder. Secure entrance with doorman. Restaurants around area with Grocery next door. Very handy. Only negative was that when we rang to get some...

Hello friends Many thanks for your valuable coments and for your choice. About the problem with our recepcionist, one of the girls is just on her learning phase and she also is a little shy. Sorry about that. The rest of Front Desk team are all english speakers. Have a very nice weekend Herman Quezada Manager

We really enjoyed the location as it was centrally located and reasonably close to everything - Plaza de Armas, Bella Vista, Barrio Lastaria, Metros, etc. The rooms are good size apartments spread out over 3 buildings with in the same apartment complex. Other agencies also rent apartments within the complex. We had trouble locating the "office" because the building staff...

My wife and I booked a 2-storey studio for our first few days in Santiago, and were very pleased with the stay. We arranged a pickup from the airport with ChileApart, and the driver took us right up to the office on the 8th floor (office may be hard to find otherwise; look to end of corridor right of the...

If you are looking for an affordable place, centrally located, this is the place. It’s not a hotel. Chileapart is a rental company that rents apartments in a big residential complex that has 2 blocks, each with 20 floors. The standard apartment we had (1507) was fantastic: fully equipped kitchen (range, oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, utensils, etc.), double bed room...

Not a five star joint, but I had a five star experience. Had everything I wanted. Central location, comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff, and Easy to metro which I used fabulously to get to wineries near Santiago. And is was easy on the wallet as well two ways. First, through Trip Advisor I got a lower rate than any...

I have been here before, and reviewed it, it still is a great place for a short stay. Clean and near the metro. I would say that what I have found disappointing on the last two visits is that the Wifi has been extremely slow, to the point of being useless. This has been a major letdown.

The location is almost perfect. The services as listed in the reservation are top notch. The mini apartment are much more comfortable for long stay. It is all right but honestly it is the last time. I've been in the hotel for about 3 weeks and: >The cleaning is just and I stress just acceptable, with some maintenance really overdue....
