This hotel is great value in a very lovely area of Santiago, Providencia. The service was great, the rooms were bright and comfortable and the breakfast, which was included, was very good. The hotel is just finishing renovations so everything is new.

Arrived after long flight, mid-morning my room was not available. I was offered a temporary one in the older part of the hotel, but declined (don't like opening and closing bags and moving rooms). The room I was given was small, cold and damp, any sports clothes I washed took two days to dry. The restaurant did not open for...

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights to see a capital of Chile and the suburbs. Very decent hotel that offers all he necessary amenities. Helpful stuff and good assorted breakfast. Hotel offers a lot of info for touring the city and surrounding areas.

Nice hotel for business or personal. Close to downtown and the mall, but easy to get to the country side. Great restaurant on the first floor. View of the downtown skyline is a plus. Having breakfast available each day was perfect.

I did a reservation with booking and when I arrived I had to wait for hours at the reception because they couldn't find my reservation. They where not able to even access the booking website. I paid for a double premium bedroom, but had to stay in a classic bedroom. At the website they said they had a heated swimming...

This place is close to the subway and buses and the area is really nice. Do recommend. The rooms are very clean and nice and there is nice bathtubs to relax in. The gym is small, but ok for regular training.

The major advantage of this hotel is its location (in the Providencia neighborhood close to many shops, metro, restaurants) as well as the friendliness of the staff. The rooms in the new wing are well furnished, the bed is very comfortable, the noise isolation is excellent ( in a room in the new wing facing a busy main thoroughfare noisy...

The Hotel Stanford is conveniently located in the pleasant Providencia district of Santiago, near to several restaurants so one can walk if desired, the breakfast is good and staff are very helpful, with our room being comfortable after settling in. Our vacation visit to Chile was in October 2014 with my wife and we would recommend this hotel.

This hotel has fantastic wifi, is close to shops, restaurants etc but....the beds are very hard, room facilities sparse (one towel, two pillows, no iron, tiny work desk) and the people at reception are the worst I've ever come across. Don't think I'd stay again

I stayed 5 nights at the Stanford Hotel in November 2012. It was something of a mixed experience. The room in itself was fine, the breakfast good, and the location perfect: it's in a quiet sidestreet, but very close to Los Leones Metro Station and within walking distance of plenty of good bars and restaurants. However, when I arrived there...
