The hotel is right below a lovely hill. The hotel is a old house adapted. The restaurant is amazing, you have to try wyaguu dish. the rooms in the back are really quiet and their concierge found us great tours and reservations.

The owners have clearly put a lot of effort (and money) into the property's renovation, with much of their energies going into the design and fitting out of the bar, which is opulent. The hotel is in a good location for first-time tourists such as ourselves, with plenty of eateries - both cheap and high-end - within walking distance. I...

I love this hotel. I want to go back. We arrived very late at night for what was to be our last night in South America. Exhausted and exhilarated at the end of 3 1/2 weeks, we headed straight for the bar. Despite it being closing time, we were entertained and given drinks in the very chilled atmosphere of their...

My second visit in a year and this hotel is just wonderful and if possible it just seems better. Everything is perfect, the service, attention to detail, nothing is broken, maintenance rather than repair seem to be the ethos. Attention to detail and the desire to create a unique and relaxed atmosphere succeeds to satisfy. The atmospheric lighting and unique...

We were not impressed. We stayed in a San Cristobal Suite and the room seemed a little dirty and the window shades were worn and stained. It is a 1 room suite and the water closet was enclosed with glass and there is no privacy. There is a disco very close by and it played loud music until 4am. The...

We were transferred here by another boutique hotel which had suffered some flooding. Initially annoyed our spirits lifted on arrival at the Aubrey with its warm welcome, splendid room and location. The pool was fantastic and the piano bar a unexpected hit with its wine and tapas . We were travelling with our 10 yr old who was made welcome...

Behind large iron gates in the the heart of Bellavista club district, a stones throw away from the San Cristobel funicular, this hotel is a home away from home. Comprised of two renovated houses it is not a conventional hotel. Lots of nooks a crannies and gorgeous seating areas both indoor and outdoor, it is a feast for the senses....

The property itself is lovely and the piano bar just divine. However you know at night time you're probably not in the safest area if there are huge gates and a guard at the front. The room we stayed in had very strange ceiling heights and was not good for my tall husband. At one point. We stood out the...

This is Mark, the Australian owner, I am sorry to hear that you had problems at the front gate entrance, the porter/guardia should always be in the gatehouse and if not there is a button for guests to press so the night receptionist can electronically open the gate to let guests in, if the porter is in the bathroom or...

We stayed here on our honeymoon a couple weeks ago and this is a magnificent find! The heated, elevated pool is fantastic, the location at the bottom of San Cristobal Hill less than 50 meters to the funicular was excellent, and there are plenty of bars and restaurants within very easy walking distance. The neighborhood borders near a University, so...

Located in the BellaVista district of Santiago, the very popular and convenient location near a multitude of eateries, lounges, bars, and touristic sites. The metro is also in walking distance of the hotel. The hotel is a large renovated classic mansion with a modern interior and lush swimming pool. The rooms are clean, functional, and comfortable. The beds are soft...
