Lovely boutique hotel. Rooms are very nice (they even upgraded us during our stay). The pool was refreshing (although a little cool). Location is great, very easy to get around. Breakfast is delicious. The staff is attentive and helpful with good advice about Santiago.

Thank you for your review. It was a pleasure having you stay with us. Santiago has a fantastic public transport system, the metro is from Paris and is very efficient, it is like you are riding the Paris metro in Santiago Chile. Our convenient location allows our guests to be in walking distance from many local attractions as well as...

We arrived late at night from a long flight from the Falklands and our driver was waiting for us as arranged. We drove through crowded streets, very tired to what turned out to be an oasis in a vibrant city. Everything was perfect at this hotel, Catalina welcomed us and showed us to our room which was quiet, beautifully cool...

Beautiful property, recently renovated. Well located in the Bella Vista District. Good restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly and courteous. They gave us useful and easily implementable ideas for meals and sightseeing. The owner, Mark, was on site and hands on. Jason, manning the front desk, was friendly and helpful. Rachel--the queen of the breakfast effort made starting the day...

We absolutely loved this boutique hotel. The rooms are historically charming yet with every modern convenience. The swimming pool is delightful. The staff is the best we've seen in a hotel. The combination continental breakfast with eggs made to order in about 10 different ways was outstanding. Can't say enough about the facility and the service.

Thank you for your lovely review. Each of our 15 rooms have distinct designs to satisfy the varying preferences of our guests. Our swimming pool offers an escape from the Santiago summer sun and our breakfast buffet is prepared freshly everyday using ingredients from the central market. The old house of the Duran family is certainly a Gem in Santiagos Hotel offering! The house is fantastic and due to its old solid walls it manages to keep its interiors cool in the summer. But not only that, the atmosphere, the beautiful pool and the fact that is is back to back to Parque Metropolitano (about 1,400 acres...

Thank you for your fantastically detailed review. We are right at the doorstep of The Metropolitan Park ,the 6th largest urban park in the world, which offers some stunning views of the city from the top of Cerro San Cristobal, a beautiful Japanese garden, 2 public swimming pools )one with a 360 degree view of the city), various running and...

I spent one night in this hotel (only one fortunately). It has been such a bad experience. First of all, don't expect to sleep (well) in this hotel because of the surrounding noise (bars, night clubs) until 4am. I had to change the first room I was given at 2am because it was too noisy. The second room was better...

Dear Berenice, Unfortunately one of the trade offs of being located in such a diverse and lively area with a great variety of dining and entertainment options is that at times the revelry can get out of hand. It is something we are currently working on with the local municipalities. We do have rooms which face away from the street...

The Aubrey Boutique Hotel is beautifully situated with great restaurants and lots of nightlife close by, yet it is a calm oasis of beauty. The design of this grand home turned hotel is eclectic yet very pleasing. The beds are comfortable. The pool is wonderful. The breakfast that comes with the room, is delicious and enthusiastically served. The front desk...

Great atmosphere and service in this wonderful property located very conveniently for a trip to Santiago for business or pleasure. We had 2 short stays on the way in and out of Chile around Christmas. Breakfast and Evenings were well catered and the sunny pool is small but big enough for the small number of guest rooms. Very relaxing overall....
