There might have been a few other guests there while I was there but not very many. It is old and it is all wooden so one...

“ask for a room at the very ends of the building (furthest from stairs) if you don't want to hear children running down the wooden floor corridor.”

“Rooms on the second floor get a better view. Both sides are fine, though one side look to the ski slopes, the other look to the valley. Beware of the periodic waxing of the wooden floors as they use lots of wax and other than putting a sign that there is fresh wax, they don't close the area! My girl friend, even knowing it was slippery, could not avoid slipping and falling, and getting an injured ankle!”

“To be absolutely safe in case of fire, ask for a room on either the first or 2nd floor.”
