We stayed two nights in Hostal La Maison and we had a good time ! Etienne was very nice to us and gave us a lot of information about the place. The location of the hostel is perfect and the house is very cosy ! Beds were comfortable and good breakfast !

This is a cozy, family home in about the best location possible in Pucon. Walking distance to everything. The owner and host, Etienne works very hard to make you feel at home. Clean rooms with private baths in 2 rooms. Etienne is a wealth of info on the area, and is multi lingual (English, French & of course Spanish). Don't...

How nice and comfortable is to stay at Hostal La Maison! Pucón was so crowded, it seems like everybody comes to this place, because this hostel is not located in the center of this little city. Hostal La Maison IS the center of Pucón! And there is a reason for this, the owner explained us, back in the days Pucón...

This is actually a homestay with a nice location. The owner is a nice guy, but very intrusive and he tries to restrict everything. The beds were terrible and we can't use the kitchen in the morning. Even regulating the shower temp is difficult.

Kudos to Ettienne. The Hostal is cozy and clean and in the best location. Was like being at home. The other guests were very interesting and fun. Ettienne is a gracious an generous host. You will enjoy it.

We didn't make a booking and showed up with friends. Etienne was so welcoming and was able to find us a room straight away. The place is very clean and the shower was amazing. Breakfast was included with a cost, however we just paid for use of the kitchen and made our own breakfast, lunch and dinner (great kitchen for...

Etienne is a knowledgeable and lovely host who welcomes you into his family home. He is slowly renovating it having bought it off his parents. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable. It is worth pointing out that this is more of a bed and breakfast, without the breakfast (unless you want to pay). The only downside is...

Etienne was very helpful and gave of lots of information on activities. The rooms are clean and there's a nice backyard. On a quiet street not far from the centre. We would definatly recommend this place to other travellers.

Etienne is a delightful host/owner. He showed us around Pucon and had helpful recommendations on what to do that afternoon, how to move onto Puerto Montt, and where the store and money exchange is located. The house is in the center of town on a quiet street. It was a good value. There is a nice common area with an...
