Detailed Reviews
The hotel is in a quiet location with clean rooms and friendly staff. A shuttle bus conveniently runs between the hotel, the MRT station, and Changi Village. The beach is spotless, with plenty of trees for shade, making it a great spot to relax. There are also many hawker centers by the seaside offering delicious food at reasonable prices.

A large hotel, mostly used for conferences. Set in a green garden – information posters about the trees in the lifts. Not so close to the airport: 25 minutes, cost by taxi up to 25 S$. There is a shuttle bus to the MTR terminus station running 8am to 8pm every half hour? Wide choice of dishes at the breakfast buffet. Small selection on the menu for evening meals. It is possible to catch a regular service bus from the MRT terminus to a stop about 10 minutes walk away from the hotel (this would be complicated if coming from the airport and with luggage, but possible if making a day trip to Singapore centre from the hotel). There was a quilt on the bed, no thinner bed covers, and so it was necessary to keep the aircon on overnight to keep the room cool.

As I went to the Changi Cove for a business fonction, I did not choose it. When I got there, I realised that my fears were verified: it is really lost in the middle of nowhere. There is one restaurant nearby (reviewed separately) and that's it. Even the sea is not easily accessible (there is no swimming pool at the hotel).
I checked in for the regular room that was booked for me. Rooms are tiny ( (all have the same size in this hotel), with no possibility to open the window. While there were a Nespresso machine, no fridge was available! I was told that only deluxe rooms have one (not worth the additional SGD 50 a night). Part of the floor was in concrete. and the rest of the room was rather minimalist (although the bed was all right). In addition, to get to the rooms requires to take an elevator, walk to the next building where a second elevator is needed.
The bar was closed, so no chance to find some life in the evening. And the little I could try from the restaurant was not very pleasant.
Bottom line: this is a place to avoid. There is far better in Singapore.

I stayed in changi cove Dec 26th for 3 nights i arrived after a long flight from England and was immediately greeted by wonderful friendly helpful staff. The booking was very smooth and any information regarding the hotel and its services was fully detailed and explained to me. I went to my room it was clean and had a lovely clean comfy bed, the bathroom was also clean with lovely towels, toiletries also provided, coffee and tea also in the room. I went for a late evening walk, the sounds of the wildlife was wonderful, I felt very safe and everyone I met was kind and very polite. Breakfast was included in the booking and the service and food was excellent, there was a lot of choices and my favourite was the steamed dumplings delicious. I also had a meal from the restaurant which was also excellent food and service. All of the staff were amazing I want to thank everyone at changi cove for providing me with a wonderful stay and I fully intend to come and stay again thankyou and wishing you all a very happy new year.

Excellent quiet location near a small forest by the sea. Taxi ride from airport was delayed and re-routed, due to nearby MRT construction. Rooms are older/dated/worn but clean. 5-star service staff, IMO. Hotel staff assisted us with directions, taxis, and even SIngapore currency by charging my credit card + about a 5% service charge. Highly recommend as a best value quiet
nature/seaside/forested hotel, especially after the MRT construction is completed. A free shuttle to the closest MRT station was available every 30 minutes until about 8 PM (took a taxi after 8 PM). Most taxi drivers accept credit cards, except for one driver who insisted on cash. Confirm payment options and destination BEFORE accepting the taxi. Included breakfast buffet and seating/tables were more than adequate, IMO. I'd like to return someday, to spend more time in the Changi Cove neighbohood away from the city.

Awful experience. Do not stay here, I do not know how this place has so many good reviews. The photos are old and do not show the current state of the rooms or property. We stayed for one night, it is 25 minute drive from airport, nothing else nearby except Changi Prison. Our room had mould in the room and the bathroom. Ants crawling all over the floor. The pillows were rock hard smelled of mould. The twin rooms have single beds, not doubles as some booking sites suggest. No rollaway bed was available for our son, so all three of us slept in the one bed (we had to change rooms).
I am not sure if it is the hotel’s problem that the listing on a booking site is incorrect or if it is a bad booking site (Agoda). Towels thin and barely there, breakfast was basic. Reception also very basic, definitely not 4 stars, more like 2 stars.
The best part was the staff member cooking eggs at breakfast time; he was cheerful and funny.
The restaurant has limited operating hours; if you are hungry outside of the operating time (like 11am), no food is available.
I thought I had done my homework before booking this hotel, however the reality is very different to the reviews. Maybe the reviews are not genuine? Be warned and stay away!

I would like to thank Alisya and Juani for making our second stay a very comfortable and stress free experience. The older guard at the door who helps with the trace together is also very welcoming. We like Changi Cove because of the location (Ubin and Changi Village), it’s serene and relaxing. Also the swimming pool at the Civil Service Club is always a pleasure and only a short walk away. The free shuttle service is very convenient (even to Tampines and Pasir Ris), and the breakfast is generous. Thanks and looking forward to our next stay with you.

(Disappointed because we did not manage to hold our banquet with them due to covid)
We chose @changicovesingapore to hold our banquet because we didn’t want a 4 wall hotel ballroom.
Due to covid, we postponed the celebration from July 2020 to June 2021 and just have our 20pax church wedding ceremony with other love ones via zoom. But when the covid restriction did not ease further (guests cannot intermingle etc), we chose to forfeit our deposit of $5k and cancelled the banquet.
But @changicovesingapore was so understanding and generous, they offered to give us full refund with a portion of it converted into 3 x 2D1N discounted hotel rooms stay + $50 nett dining credit.
It wasn’t smooth sailing having all our plans laid out in 2019, only to have everything changed in 2020. But @changicovesingapore was there with us throughout the journey and making things so much easier for us.
Attractive point:
1. The rooms were big and clean (even the toilet)!!!
2. The drinks bar in the rooms are complimentary!!!
3. Awesome staff services including their security guards.
4. Tranquility and peaceful getaway.
5. Shuttle to and fro Civil Service Club (near Changi village), Tampines mrt and Pasir Ris mrt.
6. Walkable distance to the costal settlement cafe/restaurant.
7. Doodle wall for you to write anything you want
Cons:
1. Swimming pool and gym are not in the vicinity but shared with civil service club, thus need to take the shuttle bus to travel there.
But the cons wont be a matter because you will be enjoying the hotel so much that you wouldn’t want to go swimming/gymming.

6 noteworthy findings during my staycation:
1) merely 2 mins walk to the start of the Changi Boardwalk through the lush landscape leading to the Changi Beach. The boardwalk leads to Coachman Inn restaurant where you can dine with the 180 degree view of the Changi Beach.
2) delivery of what we ordered at The Olive Tree to the comfort of our rooms. Just like room service! Olive Tree staff was very enthusiastic. The Danish pastries served is good.
3) The hotel is a quiet and beautiful sanctuary. The bed is very comfortable. The room is very clean and well-maintained! Possibly the only hotel in Singapore with a ceiling to floor doodle board. The writings are easily wiped off with just a wet cloth provided.
4) Fast technician support when we asked for an extra chair and Nespresso pods. The technician was professional, unassuming and helpful, just like the hotel frontline staff.
5) Delicious healthy bowls served at The Olive Oil. The black bean beef purple rice healthy bowl is a Wow. We ordered again the next day!
6) Quick hotel/Expedia support when I made a booboo on the reservations dates twice, just over the toll free call! That is a SUPER plus to my experiences!!! :)

We were thoroughly dissapointed after a recent visit here.
Upon arrival we asked if we could get assistance with our luggage, we were told no and that guests could use a luggage trolley! When asking for help with our luggage to our room we were told only if we could wait half an hour. The hotel was deserted, the staff just didn’t want to help, and no wonder it was beyond difficult navigating the trolley to our room which was in a remote corner of the hotel.
The hotel is tired and shabby.
The rooms are really not very clean, the sink was cracked, the bathroom was barely passable as cleaning standards go. The air conditioning does not work, despite multiple attempts to get it sorted.
The hotel outside is filthy and green mould can be seen everywhere, there clearly is nothing in place to maintain outside. In the evening the walk to the room is full of mosquitos and bugs as it is so badly maintained. There is not even a bottle of water in your room.
In fairness I have to acknowledge that the shuttle bus is great, and the Manager is very kind and helpful.
This hotel is one of our poorest experiences and I would rate it as a 2 star at best.
Poor standard, poor value for money. I would suggest you don’t pay it a visit unless you are really struggling to find some where.

sorry just saw about shuttle already answered. I thought Hotel had a shuttle as in a search I did on a hotel website I ticked airport shuttle and this hotel came up.
It will be starting from about $15 onwards based on a regular taxi, price could vary with time of travel (surcharges apply during peak hours and midnight to 5:59am) and traffic conditions. Taxis are easily accessible everywhere in Singapore.
How much for a taxi?
No, you have to use a taxi or public buses. We took taxi and paid SGD18 (booked via tourist information at airport) from airport to hotel and return SGD9.50 using taximeter taxi. We will pass Singapore again on a couple of weeks and we will then stay at Changi Village. They have a free shuttle every one and a half hour.
