Checking in here was like that of the olden days of yore. They need to grease the axles on their elevators and sometimes the doors are a bit rickety. Paint was a bit faded and they should be a bit welcoming to first time lodgers.

Hotel is located very near to dhoby ghaut MRT and plaza singapura mall. The room just has beds, towels, kettle and TV. But no complimentary water and NO SOAP! Not for hand washing in bathroom nor for shower. Have to bring your own. This is EXTREMELY UNSANITARY especially for a country like Singapore. I don't know if the health department is aware of this. Also no restaurant on site so all meals have to eat outside or order via some app. The aircon was on full blast in the room. Couldn't lower it so we just turned it off as it was too cold. Also very flimsy blanket on the bed and no extra pillows. And thin bed sheet. Front desk staff was pleasant. If you just looking for a place to sleep at night, then this is the place.

Hi our family of 2 adults and 2 kids stayed here on 30th June overnight. The location was great, one minute stroll and you're on Orchard Road. The room was really basic and old. Walls had been sanded for painting and never finished etc. But the room was pretty clean, 2 double beds were comfy, air cond seemed to work OK, bathroom was old but clean, and there was a little fridge. We didn't have breakfast there but from what I could see it was just a tiny self serve type area and you could buy toast and coffee there for $3 if you wanted it ( we ducked out to Little India Tekka Centre instead and had curry and pratas for less than that mmmm...) Our window loooked out onto Central Expressway which could be quite noisy. In a nutshell this was not fancy but for the money it was a great place for us to store our luggage and put our heads down for the 16 hours we were in Singapore this time. Good for 4 people.

My recent stay with Hotel Supreme was fantastic. This hotel is well located considering the price located at the Orchard with shopping malls like Plaza Singapura, Orchard Plaza, and The Centrepoint with supermarket, shop, the restaurant at the malls within walking distance, and also the 2 MRT station, DhobyGhaut, and Sommerset. The staff is friendly taking care of their guests well. The rooms are big as they are old hotel brand in heart of the city that was neat & clean including the toilets. It has all of the facilities that are pretty dated in the 70s of a 5 stars hotel. It comes with towel, kettle, TV, hair dryer, safe box, and mini-bar. The room we stayed in has windows, air-conditioning, and a shower that are functional. Toiletries and beverages have to bring your own as mentioned not provided before booking. We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience.

Please avoid this hotel. I was welcomed by many cockroaches in the 1st day. I booked for the 7 days and paid in advance. Immediately left the hotel after 8 hours.

There were no hand soap, no shampoo, no bath foam, old worn out towels, used old and recycled curtain as blanket, only 1 electrical plug to use, dimly lit room.

Most horrible experience!!!!

The only plus point is the location.

Stayed here in October 2005 for two days. Room was dark, old, shabby, smelly. In fact, after we arrived home we had to launder all of our clothes (even the ones that remained in our suitcases during our stay) as the smell from the room had permeated everything!

Rollaway bed had no top sheet - reception informed me that no sheet was available. Unable to get extra towels. Corners have been cut everywhere - no power points in bathroom.

Reception staff were friendly, but limited in their ability to provide any real service.

Hotel is in a decent location, but I would not consider staying here again.

You need a place to crash in Singapore? Try Supreme Hotel. Perhaps one of the best "budget - No frills attached" hotel located in the middle of shopping centers. Transport, hawker food courts, 7-11s and big brand shopping malls... All within 2-5 minutes walk. Rest of the places are pretty near.

The hotel itself is pretty basic (that's why I mentioned "place to crash"). Basic but spacious rooms (I had a twin share). Enough space to keep luggage and still walk around comfortably (unlike reviews I read about other hotels). A cupboard, chest drawers and small fridge along with a study table and two chairs. Hotel is a good to go at the price (SGD 760 for 5 nites with breakfast). However, do not opt for the breakfast option. They serve toast, jam/ butter with tea/ coffee and some crappy juice along with cup noodles as breakfast buffet! You can always walk down outside and eat for almost the same price.

Check-in was smooth. I had reached in the morning and was vary of getting a room as check-in time is 2 pm but luckily they had the rooms free and there were no problems.

Staff is alright. You hardly get to interact coz there's nothing to interact about. Requested for an iron and got it promptly. That's all. Didn't try room service or food as I preferred eating outside.

The hotel is good for the basic needs as a tourist. You need a place to come back to sleep. This is not a hotel where you can stay, sit back and relax. Sleep, wake up, shower and get out only to come back at night when you are tired of shopping/ sightseeing.

i choose supreme hotel after reading lots of reviews from other travellers too, but based on my own experience, i will definitely choose this hotel again in future. travelling with 3 kids and 3 adults was not easy for you to find a comfortable rooms which enough to fit with 6 ppls inside. Supreme Hotel offer a family rooms, which i think it is quite big enough for all of us to stay for the purpose of spending night there. Don't talk about excellent services like 5-6 stars but its value as what you pay is ok for what you will get. But for those looking for budget vacation, I will recommend this hotel for u all to stay. we stay 3 night and 4 days. Day 1, we went to Universal SS by taking MRT just 5 mins walking distance from our hotel. Took the around 15 -20 mins MRT until Vivo city, then took 2 train in Vivo City which this will bring you inside Sentosa Island. 2nd day, we went to Singapore Zoo&Jurong Bird Park by taking Tourist bus at Concorde Taxi stand, just behind of Supreme Hotel building. Remember to check the bus schedule to so you will able to manage your time. (but my advise, dont go to Zoo during monsoon seasons, u will regret since you can't fully enjoy your journey) . Not really easy to get hawkers for halal food, but you can go inside toe at in mall since each of stall will show Singapore Halal certificate for those serve halal food. but halal food nearby hotel, so far i only found 1 which is mamak restaurant nearby Orchard Plaza, around 5 mins walking distance from hotel.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and very close to orchard road - just walk around the corner. The managers were very helpful and you can leave your luggage there and collect it in the afternoon when checking out. We left our luggage while we went to the zoo - they have chains to lock it up.
