It is a nice and clean hostel with decent location for any tourist. Highlight : The hostel provides a free scooty group tour around Singapore area with a superb guide. People staying in this hostel must do the scooty tour, which will cover all major tourist areas around south Singapore.

Great hostel in Little India, Singapore. We slept in a dormitory which was clean but a little bit small. The bathroom was also fairly clean and spacious. The facilities are great. There is a big common area where you can eat, relax and interact with other people. If you are a solo traveler this is a great place to meet... More

Three times in Singapore and three times in the InnCrowd Hostel. It is truly in one of the best locations "Little India" From there you can easily reach Komala Villas or any small marked, 7eleven or electronics shop. Even the subway station Rochor is reachable within 5 minutes. They will provide a basic breakfast with toast, eggs, coffee or tea.... More

I stayed in an eight-person dormitory. The lockers were small and a bit inconvenient as they were located in the hallway. The bunk beds were comfortable enough with air conditioning at night during normal sleeping times but hot and humid (and stinky) if you want to take an afternoon rest. Showers were okay and had enough room to move around... More

i don't know why Tripadvisor give recommendation for this hostel, i mean the price might be cheap but that doesn't mean the service also, from 6 staff that i;ve met only one person that really nice and helpful, it's Zaleha :), while others so cold like bunch of zombie, hi it's hospitality business rite.

Very average hostel. Free breakfast but only toast jam and hb eggs. Nice living area but very basic rooms. Both of my nights were pretty much sleepless due to some of the loudest snoring I have ever heard, but obviuosly that is not the fault of the hostel. Showers were good, toilets not that clean. Location nice in little India.... More

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, cheap for Singapore, great staff and shared facilities were pretty good. Met lots of great people and they organise a brilliant free scooter (push) ride around the city every Wednesday and Sunday from 5-11pm which is a great way to see it and meet people. They provided a basic breakfast which was good enough, free... More

If you are on a super tight budget and don't mind sharing tight spaces with strangers then go ahead and book your stay. I stayed 3 nights in a room shared with I think 6 other people (or maybe more?). The bunk beds are comfortable but you have to be prepared for people coming in and out of the room... More

Staying in Little India

Neighbourhood Profile
Little India
With a strong local Indian community, this pocket of Singapore can feel like another place and time. Wander past traditional barbershops while local residents in brightly coloured saris patronize retailers from decades past. Peruse streets lined with colourful shops as the aroma of curry tempts you to indulge. Listen to the Bollywood music echoing from storefronts and take in the stalls selling bright flowers, fabrics, and spices. At the 24-hour, four-level Mustafa Shopping Centre, you can shop through the night and find everything from pharmacy and grocery items to Bollywood DVDs and diamond necklaces. Singapore’s Little India offers a colourful, lively taste of the subcontinent and is well worth the visit.
