My first experience stayed in capsule hotel and I can say that it was a pleasant experience in the pod hotel. I stayed in women only dorm room, bed very comfortable also all roommates respect each other...very quiet and private. Location is convenience, if you come with luggage you can use Nicoll Highway mrt exit walk around 10 minutes to the hotel.
The only thing that need to improve is the bathroom for shower in 4th floor, would be nice if they add more lights and check the bathroom cleanliness every 3-4 hours especially during peak season also since the shoes were prohibited so probably you can bring your own indoor slippers.

We had an AMAZING stay at the Pod, the staff are very helpful and friendly. The Hotel is very clean, and lots of communal space to work, relax. Water dispenser to use. I really liked the toilets as you get a full sink, shower and toilet together like a bathroom at home, makes it very comfortable. The Pod’s themselves are great feels luxury and very comfortable beds! Highly recommend staying here! The location where The Pod is based is brilliant with Bars, restaurants and cafes from your doorstep (but still not loud at night if you need to sleep). Also the MRT station just a 5 minute walk which is very convenient get anywhere in the city, with its two lines!

I stayed here for 4 nights, and during these days I experienced comfort, safety and comfort. I stayed on male room and lucky enough that none of them is rude or loud. They respect each other in terms of privacy. The shared bathroom is also superb! Clean and they got amenities you probably need. Also, the daily breakfast is good and yummy. The lobby is a hotel like! Wifi and Ventilation is really good! I would really recommend this for solo traveler, not mentioning it is strategically located in front of a bus stop.

I would like to commend the fantastic staff! Specifically the Staff (Travis) who assisted me well during my check in and check out procedure. Travis assisted me in the best way possible and kept my baggage safe and sound. He deserve a good commendation!

Overall, I am fully satisfied and definitely stay here again. Will Recommend!

Check-in was effortless, thanks to the helpful staff who guided us to our clean and cozy rooms. Each pod came equipped with towels and hangers, as well as a generous locker for our luggage. We found the amenities pack—featuring slippers, a toothbrush, and earplugs—very convenient. I stayed in the female dormitory which was well-maintained and the hotel provided shower gel and shampoo in the toilets. Along with shared hairdryers, straighteners and ironing board as well as cotton buds and cotton pads.

The hotel’s location is fantastic, situated directly infront of a bus stop and between two MRT stations (Bugis and Nicoll Highway). There i also a convinent store called U-mart directly beside the hotel.

It was a good experience overall. I stayed in the female-only side entry pod. The pods are very clean and the facilities were clean and not worn. The bed was comfortable and the two pillows were decent. There’s a fold down table for you to work on and there’s one socket as well. Take note to bring your own plug because there wasn’t usb ports for charging. A towel, bedroom slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste and earplugs are provided. There’s also shampoo and body wash in the bathrooms. You can access the hairdryer and ironing board there as well. There’s a locked locker under your bed for you to put valuables. It’s felt very safe overall.

It’s a shared pod so they remind people to be quiet but that’s up to your luck. The woman next to mine banged the locker 5 times and stomped around before she left the room.

However, my only gripe is with the staff. They are professional and helpful but they themselves are not quiet when they entire the room. One staff came in the check and he lifted the blinds and didn’t put it down quietly, just letting go and letting it hit the sides. He slammed the locker as well when closing it. He also let the door slam both times when he entered and left. The same thing happened with the two staff who showed the pod to newcomers… they talked loudly and let the door slam as well. Noisy patrons are up to our luck but I think staff should abide by the rules the establishment sets.

I had to sleep for a few hours between flights and this was relatively inexpensive and I experience what it would be like.

Getting to the hotel from the MRT is fairly easy, with light luggage. Entry is straightforward and you gradually get the feeling that the promo pics have been taken carefully.

This is just an average Singaporean street front building, with a grey colour scheme. The doors and carpets etc are more mundane than you might imagine.

Getting into the room was a bit tricky, it was dark and I tried to be as quiet as possible so as not to wake the other sleepers. Low level or some other kind of unobtrusive lighting would help.

A couple came in after me and their moving around was a slight distraction. Sleep itself was ok. And the shower was fine. Generally, the place was clean and did not make me feel icky. This is an achievement in its own right, given the shared nature of the facilities.

Was it worth it? I'd say so and that's the main criterion.

Very comfortable and clean beds. But overall, this hostel was extremely expensive (apparently I was there a weekend there was a Taylor Swift show so the cost was double). This hostel also lacked any collaborative friendly communal spaces for travelers to meet and engage. It was very stale.

I did like how they provided you with slippers, ear plugs, and a toothbrush.

The nicest feature of the hostel in my opinion: they have a MASSIVE locked storage area under the bunk for your luggage that electronically locks with the touch of your key card.

Other thing to be aware of: they didn't show me how the pull-curtain on the bed works. You must pull down quickly to make it release up, and slow to keep it down. Mine got stuck, and they tried to make me pay for it to be fixed which I refused. Additionally, they don't have a locked space for luggage storage.

Residents here are quiet but helpful, hygiene is quite good too! Well maintained, pillow is slightly tall but acceptable. It's clean enough as a capsule hotel. The locker under bed is very spacious to fit at least a hand carry luggage and a day backpack. Convenient located if you're a party animal 😂.

I enjoyed my stay here very much. It's rare to find hostels that prioritise privacy, and I was appreciative of the room setup. The curtain is a little thin and light does come through, however it makes the air-con able to come through so it's not too hot in the pod so I don't mind a little light to get the air. Unfortunately you'll always have people who turn the light on at 1 am, but overall I had minimal issues with other guests. The bathroom and showers are nice to have your own area to get redressed. Great location, a bus stop right across the road. Definitely a great value for the money!

We stayed here for 2 nights. Pictures make it look nicer but at the end of the day it is a hostel! Showers/bathroom was clean. They try to fit too many people in 1 room. We were in a room that had 4 bunk beds and there were about 6 people staying innthere at the time and only have very minimal storage space. But close to the metro station which got you everywhere and plenty of bars nearby. Enjoyed our stay .
