The hotel is awesome. We were given high floor without even requested for it. Staffs are mostly friendly and nice. Felt so comfortable and natural. I will definitely come back to stay again. Thumbs up!!! One last point, breakfast is superb!

Most hotels in Singapore, Malaysia and I believe the larger brand chains require some sort of "swiping" of a credit card or a cash deposit hold when you arrive. Also a copy of your passport/ ID. Mostly, this is done for incidentals like minibar consumption, laundry service and overseas calls from the hotel phones - costs that can sometimes rack up the final bill. Just ask the check-in desk when you arrive. Hope that helps. : )
