no doubt the loby was nicely decorated with "hipster" yet "vintage" vibe . I was excited for the room and i did took lots of pictures . But once we got our room key , as we walk towards the lift , there's this staircase that gave us chills about it . We went up to the 2nd floor ....

Our stay was great. The price was really cheap if comparing to other same typed hotels around.Room size is quite small, but no problems with tiny Asians like us. Bed and pillows were comfy. Decoration is rather scary if you got back at night. Good location as near bus stations

First... Dont expect that this hotel is a modern hotel but the room clean enough. I suggest at least to take the Superior room because the standart is too small. But the location is quiete good, bus stop just across the hotel. You may go to orchard, clarke quay, suntec city very easy. The nearest MRT Farrer Park is about...

Is a cute little hotel. I didn't expect too much~ prices are reasonable. S$90/night. When u first step in the room, very strong musky smell. The walls are stain.. Tv alittle far~ well, least they have cable. Pros: strong wifi and wide varieties of food choices where the locals hang out.

Stayed here third week of June for 4 days. At first, I was very skeptical just by looking at the hotel from the outside, but when I got to my room, it was everything I needed. The Housekeepers are very friendly so remember to tip. The front desk staff isn't very helpful but the food downstairs at the restaurant for...

I have no idea when the pictures on Expedia where taken or how much they have played with the lighting but it is VERY miss leading. For the price you pay there are better hotels along the same road. The Windows are bolted shut due to "health and safety" not sure what this is referring to as they already have...

Stayed the other week. Damp musky smell. There was a lot of damp in the air due to concrete walls. Room was very very cramped photos made it look bigger. Bathroom was very basic. What was the icing on the cake were the damp bedsheets. Which meant at 1pm having to call management to change them. The bed also had...

I was here to attend a workshop for couple days. The day I arrived, our room smelled like someone just smoking in there. I pointed out this situation to the lady and she gave me this machine to clean the air. When I came back at night the smell still there. I communicate again with the receptionist this time it's...

I was disappointed by the Kam Leng, as it didn't live up to it's great potential due to poor maintenance and service. The design of the hotel is striking and unique (in the lobbies) but the corridors and rooms suffer from poor upkeep and a garrish and musty carpet - which I assume wasn't included in the original design. The...

If you need a place to sleep and shower while you explore Singapore, this place will definitely do. Location-wise, excellent with good eateries around and 2 MRT stations 5-10 mins away (Farrer Park/ Lavender). Wifi was strong and will be useful for travelers. Room itself was small, can be improved in terms of cleanliness but fairly decent. Price-wise, good for...
