We had a 2 bed apartment - be aware it is 2 double beds and no single beds are available in the apartment complex - slightly difficult with 2 grown up lads. The hotel is perfectly situated and within easy reach of Orchard, Raffles and Bugis. The roof top pool of the apartments is fab and the views msgnificent. The...

We were offered a dirty rubbish room and this after they said we had been upgraded. After complaining we were offered a better room. So I was going to give it one star. Then I decided an extra star as the staff were friendly and helpful. Then I thought maybe a third star as the internet in the room was...

We knew this is a 3-star hotel (although at $125 a night I would hardly call it a budget hotel, even by Singapore standards) and as we were only staying one-night in Singapore we were not looking for anything fancy. However even with those lowered expectations we were very disappointed in this hotel. Yes, it looks and feels like a...

We booked this Bencoolen hotel through booking.com and i was surprised before I arrive the hotel I did check trip-advisor and I saw a lot of complain about the construction but i thought can't trust much on trip-advisor . Once we arrived the hotel we can't enter the front hotel building due to the construction going on and the car...

Finding this hotel was a bit of a detour because there was soo much construction going on. A lot of the streets were closed. Arriving at the hotel, we were told our room wasn't available till 12PM as we arrived at 11AM. Which is fair because check in I believe was at 2PM. We booked two twin standard rooms. Upon...

Been there with my mum at November 2016. The room is (horribly) small, but at least I can do my prayer without any difficulties. Pros: - Location (especially with the DL extension opening soon, the nearest MRT station is just one stone throw away), - Cheap food nearby, - Bencoolen Mosque is just a few steps away, - Price per...

Only good thing about the hotel is its location close to orchard road, raffles etc. Very small room, only about 180 sqft including the bathroom. Not even enough space to keep your simple baggage. Construction work right next to hotel adds on negativity. Centrally controlled A/c, so you cannot actually even control temperature in your room. Really run down place....

This budget hotel which is well located in Bencoolen Street has MRT construction work at the front and at the rear a new building is being built which means from 8am-6pm noise, which is particularly unpleasant. The rooms are of average size, but could do with a refresh and update. Internet is via a access code which you have to...

We have been here since 19 nov 2016. Had booked the hotel online.when we reached here we were quite disappointed to see the hotel being just opposite a road construction site. We even thought of checking into another hotel. But as it was quite late and we were tired we took the risk of staying at Bencoolen hotel but finally...

Stayed at this hotel and booked through Hotels.com. Upon arrival they said my hotels.com booking was not paid for. Having been on an 8 hour flight and without the full confirmation paperwork I did not argue and paid via credit card. Upon return to sydney I found out that I had pre-paid, kindly requested via Hotels.com to return duplicate payment...
