check in is at any time but it is better to inform the hotel b4 arrival. you can take a taxi for the airport. no shuttle from hotel.

Should not be an issue as the room is paid but I would notify them that you are arriving late. I once had my room in Hong Kong given away on late arrival. Note, taxied cost more at night in Singapore.
