A good place to stay for couples because there are lots of restaurants around the hotel along riverside. Our room is too small for us specially if you have big luggages. The price is quite expensive for 4 days and there are no bellboys also to carry the luggages/bags, i had carried our bags to 4th floor using their big...

The hotel is situated in boat quay (just across Clarke Quay) and is in right in the middle of the tourist attractions. But everything else about my experience in the Robertson Quay Hotel was disappointing. While we booked the room online at a certain rate, we were informed that our booking wasn't confirmed and were forced to pay an additional...

RQ is older style with internal atrium. The rooms are small but entirely functional. Dont expect too much for the price and you should be ok. The breakfast is basic. I probably would not stay again but it was ok for 2 nights on business. An easy walk along the river...

The hotel is well placed and we had river/city views. The rooms are tiny, barely enough roim to move and im not joking. There is no mini bar or free water. Nothing. But the staff were nice, breakfast ok but very dark and dingy. This is ok for a 1 or 2 night stay. Bathroom was as big as a...

+ Excellent location near the city centre: a very good place to walk around (plus bars and cafes nearby). + For us a good distance from MRT, but might not be for everybody. * Just as a note - the bathroom was very tiny, like on a ship almost. But then again there was decent hot water. - Breakfast was...

We were told on arrival we were being upgraded to a deluxe room.It was tiny, not one hook for clothes, 3 coathangers, no where to put our suitcases, the TV had few channels, there were no hand towels, no soap at the basin ( we were told to use the soap in the shower dispenser). The breakfast is basic and...

Setbacks - 1. Rooms are small. 2. Breakfast was the same throughout our 5day stay. 3. Torn towels were kept. 4. No drinking water in the room/ hotel. 5. Blankets are very thin. Advantages- 1. Cheapest to stay in Clarke quay. 2. Only 5mins stroll by the river and you're in the most happening area - Clarke Quay. 3. The...

Please do not get fooled by the discounts they offer in the travel websites. They have pathetic customer care and make wrong booking and ask you to pay extra to upgrade in the last minute. We can never cancel the booking so we pay extra without choice.

Staying in The Quays

Neighbourhood Profile
The Quays
From Marina Bay, a walk along Singapore River will take you through the three Quays of the city, each offering a very different atmosphere. Boat Quay features historical sites and a buzzing riverfront vibe. Clarke Quay caters to the party crowd, while Robertson Quay appeals to the leisurely wanderer. Weekends at Robertson Quay and Martin Road also give a peek into the lives of expats in Singapore, as the riverfront teems with joggers, dog walkers, and those getting their caffeine fix over brunch or enjoying a burger and a beer. No matter what you’re up for, the three Quays have something to keep you happy, day or night.
