An oasis of tranquility in the heart of activity! The moment you step inside, the hustle of the outside world melts away. The spa-like bathrooms, complete with rainfall showers and premium products, are a treat. The bed linens felt like silk, and the blackout curtains worked perfectly. The lobby bar's afternoon tea service is a must-try, and the staff's recommendations for local attractions were spot-on

This time, the room was a Marina Bay side, corner room, club lounge access, suite. The building is quite old. The elevator was a little scary because the steps were slightly misaligned and one door would not open. During the day, I walked around Marina Bay Sands and Gardens by the Bay, and at night, there was a night safari, so I returned to the hotel to have dinner in between. Since the hotel was full except for the club lounge, we had in-room dining. We ordered club sandwiches, ramen, pasta, and soup, which were things that children could eat. The ramen was quite spicy and a bit too much, but the pasta and mushroom soup were excellent. My child ate it all up in no time. The club sandwich was average. We had breakfast in the club lounge. Since we had pretty much decided what we were going to eat, it was no problem. It wasn't worth going to the buffet on the first floor. The egg dishes were also freshly made with live cooking. It was comfortable with all-you-can-drink wine, champagne, and beer in the morning. And the alcohol is pretty good too.
The alcohol is of a higher grade than in business class on Singapore Airlines.
You can enjoy a self-indulgent life of drinking from the morning onwards.
There are always 1-2 Japanese staff members on hand, so you can rest assured.

This was the best hotel experience of my life, I heard and read about the Ritz and the quality of its facilities and service for a long time and wanted to experience it and my dream was fulfilled when I spent 2 nights at the Ritz in the last week of March, 2024 along with my spouse.
We stayed in a room with access to the Club Lounge, on arrival I was received by Name by the staff at the entrance, was escorted personally to the Lounge (by bypassing the Reception on the ground floor) where my Check-in was completed in a very very short span of time.
The room was one of the most beautifully arranged rooms if not the best room that I stayed in, with a view to kill, the facilities were beyond my expectations, the Club Lounge with its strategic location on the top floor is exceptionally good, with a panoramic view of the Merlion Park, the Bay, The Marina Sands, The Botanical Garden, etc.
The food service, which is available from 6.30 a.m. to 8.30 p.m. was excellent with its huge and wide choice of dishes (spread across Indian, Asian and Continental cuisines) along with a fine selection of Wines, Scotch, Beer, etc.
I would be failing in my duty, if I do not thank the staff (both the house keeping and other staff) especially Ms. Jithra (who was in charge of the Club Lounge), who made our stay, a very very memorable one, with her enthusiasm, knowledge and most importantly her bubbly nature.

THE HOTEL I ALWAYS RETURN TO It's like it's my second home. I had been staying 42 times more 3 of this year is already 45 and I already have reserved for next year in February and March. Especially I want to thank Mrs. Damil Analyn when I return from Phuket I notice that my shoe and T-shirt was stained with carrot juice and immediately offered to wash it after 4 hours I was back in my room Incredible. I also don't forget about Mrs. Janet Ooi reservations and Christine Lee from le spa Anyway all the staff are very nice and very professional. And certainly I can not forget the general manager Mr. Peter Mainguy If someone visits Singapore and wants to spend an unforgettable stay I did not hesitate The location can not be better the rooms the views the restaurant the spa the pool I give a 10 in everything.

We just enjoyed a 10 night stay here with our adult daughter, staying in 2 club lounge rooms which was excellent It's less than 30 mins drive from Changi airport, and taxis are so cheap in Singapore compared with Australia. We arrived about 10pm and Jess booked us in and gave us a cuppa and savoury and sweet snacks which was much appreciated. The Ritz is only about 7 mins walk over the bridge walkway to various shopping malls. All the staff were friendly and very professional. The Club Lounge food was delicious and plentiful and a very worthwhile investment when staying here. We enjoyed the Colony restaurant for breakfast most mornings as a nice change. There are many various food stations here and seating moved quickly even at their busiest times. We enjoyed talking with the manager too over breakfast. But as with most hotels It's the smaller details which make a stay impressive. To this end one morning during our stay a full tube of toothpaste was delivered to my room because Dong Dong/Liu Hui the housekeeping staff had noticed I was getting low! I had to sew a repair to my backpack and I was thrilled when I opened the sewing kit to find all the needles were already threaded with various colours and of a generous length of cotton. I have never seen that at any other hotel anywhere. Raj and Sai Lanman were fabulous housekeepers. The informative bookmarks and chocolates received each evening were a nice touch, as was the clean again. At the end of our stay I tipped the laundry staff because we did use their free cleaning of clothes each day, and we received a lovely thankyou card from R. Murali which was very unexpected. The plentiful toiletries are gorgeous and the bath salts too, which were replenished daily, have never seen that before either. The Catholic Churches are a short taxi ride as is Orchard Road. We loved the Ion Mall. We did use the complimentary limousine to get to Marina Bay one morning, just a short distance away. We also bought some cake and relishes and tins of biscuits to bring back to Australia, from the room off the Colony restaurant, all delicious. It was a really relaxing break and all the staff were great. Thankyou Ritz!

I was thinking about Editions and JW and Ritz-Carlton. Recommendations were made by a friend who was in Ritz-Carlton, and the reviews were very good, so the Reservation was the perfect choice.
We had to change the Reservation room, but the staff named Hanis was kindly assisted so we could comfortably check in to the room we wanted. The check-in was helped by a Japanese employee S.
The room was Marina Bay view, and the view was so good before sleeping and at dawn. If you come back, you should sleep in the opposite view of the city.
The amenity provides about six bottles of living water, each next to the bed and on the front desk side, which is useful when touring the city.
The bathroom has toothpaste, toothbrush, cotton, toiletries and bass salt.
I used the breakfast last day, the menu was huge and tasty. Service was excellent. In particular, the tall Indian chef C.S. was very friendly and well-known in Korean, and was perfect from the beginning to the end by being kind to my child.
Benefits - Perfect service and facilities - Friendly staff - Colony Breakfast (Power Recommendation) - Bathroom amenity, bass salt
Disadvantages (if you need to find) - I went down the second floor to find a gift shop, but couldn't find it. - There is no pedestrian road to walk out of Marina Bay (the car must follow the road.)
If you want to come back to Singapore or make a Recommendation to someone, I'll recommend Ritz-Carlton Singapore.

Honestly you could tell the room was old and designed in an old fashioned classic luxury, however it was very well maintained and housekeeping was superb! The touches of care during turndown and servicing of the room (such as putting a handkerchief below my loose toiletries on the bathroom sink) is what sets the Ritz service a tier above the rest. Definitely enjoyed the beautiful views and the iconic hexagon bathroom window.
Service from front office and restaurants were hit and miss, some were excellent while some leave much to be desired. Service at the spa, gym and pool were consistently excellent. Also enjoyed the wonderful spa facilities - the mineral pool and sauna were delightful. The gym was also extremely well-equipped.
Special kudos to Kana at the front office, Enrico at Colony Bakery, Christine from the Spa, Abin at Colony and Hiran & Li Ming from Housekeeping for excellent service and taking good care of us during our stay.

Wow, what a view and wonderful service. Our room, 822, had a terrific view of the Marina Bay. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Especially at the buffet breakfast, which has foods of various cuisines, including western, Japanese, Singaporean, and Chinese. Our travel agent was able to get us complimentary breakfasts, which saved us a lot of money. The hotel is located only a 5-minute walk to the Promenade subway station. After we learned how to use the subway, we rode it everywhere! One morning we awoke to see water dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom. We notified maintenance and it was fixed by the time we returned to the room in the afternoon. The room was spacious and cool. The shower was fine. There was a bathtub which we did not use. The room could use some updating: for example, the wallpaper in the bathroom area was peeling a bit. But the king size bed was very comfortable. Complimentary bottles of water were replenished every morning. Singapore has a very warm tropical climate, so staying hydrated is a must.
One thing to note: the hotel does not participate in Marriott's reward program. Not sure why that is, but it is.
My only complaint is that on the first night, after arriving in Singapore from an 18 hour nonstop flight from Newark on Singapore Air, we ate at the hotel bar and had very disappointing but expensive food. The person who checked us in was unable to recommend a restaurant close by. Later we found and saw a row of food stalls that sold different cuisines, only 7 minutes walk from the hotel.

During this free trip to Singapore, in order to enjoy the night view of Marina Bay and the Sands Hotel, we specially chose to stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore (Singapore Ritz-Carlton Millenia Hotel) for one night. The five of us stayed in two rooms, one facing Marina Bay. A two-person room and a three-person room with city view are priced at nearly NT$50,000, which is not more expensive than in Taiwan. This is a five-star hotel. Most of the service staff can speak Chinese, so communication is very convenient. The reception hall is spacious and in addition to biscuits, there is also delicious water-drop orchid tea. The view facing Marina Bay Park is really amazing, and the view facing the city is also beautiful to take pictures due to the shape of the bathroom window. There is a swimming pool hidden in the driveway which is nice and worth staying here.

I and my family enjoyed the Republic afternoon tea. Marjo kindly assisted us from the moment we entered with her friendly and professional gesture. I came with my pregnant wife, kids, and friends. Marjo brought us to the table and gave us an extra pillow for my wife’s back without asking. She took care of our table and even checked if all of our food had been served knowing that we ordered the afternoon tea sets, drinks and ala carte foods. She is very observant and gave extra care to our table while my family indeedly enjoyed our first afternoon tea experience at Republic regardless of their busy operation. kudos to Marjo and her colleague Elijah for providing superb service and attention to detail. Thank you for the wonderful experience. A top notch service I must say.
