The hotel did a fantastic job in planning and executing the wedding banquet. Special shoutout to Daniel and Alice with his team. The entire wedding was carefully thought out, and with Daniel’s vast experience, event was flawless. Daniel never hesitate to make things happen for us, despite us lacking in the preparation. He is like a magician that just gets it done for you. 3 words to describe for Daniel and Alice. Meticulous, Efficient and Experienced

Hotel's Favourite
A recently renovated classic luxury hotel in a superb location. The views, the pool, the internal decor and relaxing vibes were the highlight of the stay as well as the complementary bikes. Positives: - location and views are superb. - direct acess to marina square shopping. - great service. - amazing warm pool with bay views. It was very cleaned and open till 22h00 so you can swim at night which is very cool with that view. - silent renovated rooms, with neutral light colors, very relaxing.. everything works as it should, the AC, the fridge, the curtains.. a perfect room to relax. Top bed and linens. Loved the room bar furniture, very beautiful. Small luxury touches such as automatic light floor sensors at night. - amazing complimentary bikes. One of my Singapore highlights was to daily take the bicycles trough Gardens by the Bay nearby to the hotel, which is so much better than walking as you get the movement breeze. - a great value for the stay as I got a 4th night free as a member. Negatives: - Natura Bisse bath products for me are just not good enough for such a hotel brand and status. I would totally replace them. - in someway the renovation felt short. The rooms and halls are superb although the carpet floor always raise cleaning issues. It was in a great condition but in the corners there were some cotton / small dust, that is understandable. The room bathroom was perfectly clean; I felt very strange that there wasn't a soap disher. When I asked for one they managed to get a really outdated metallic tray.. so weird as the rest of the room was so stylish and beautiful. - The Dolce Vita restaurant outdoors are in desperate need of renovation, feels very outdated (pink and green is a difficult match to pull out in a modern and stylish way). The gardens surrounding it and near the gym are also in need of better care too. - the most striking thing was the round old pink/red carpets in the central hotel lifts with stains...come on, better replace them to a non textile floor.. it feels very bad in one of the lifts at least. - some small tiles missing in the pool floor. I personally would include a jacuzzi in the upper area of the pool grounds. - in most of the hotel floors there are beautifully centerpieces with flowers, but in the breakfast/ embu restaurant floor there is a weird ugly furniture..didn't understand.. - Cherry Garden restaurant decor is uninspired compared to the rest of the hotel. - the breakfast for me was a let down. The place itself is indeed beautiful! However I constantly felt uncomfortable as contrary to the rest of the hotel. It was always freezing cold and most of time feels very noisy and even chaotic (in contrary to the silent and relaxing vibes of the rest of the hotel). The amount of food is massive, although I think it would be preferable to reduce the variety and improve its quality. Nothing was truly amazing except the fruits. The hot dishes were most of the time cold.

Beautiful hotel and in great location for sightseeing. Staff friendly and very helpful. Was fortunate to use Haus 65 lounge. Can’t praise the staff there enough, had breakfast and afternoon tea which was excellent and plenty choice. Went to Cherry Garden for dinner on first night and meal was lovely, would thoroughly recommend. Morton’s steakhouse very good too. Also tried Dolce Vita, Osso Buco very tasty. All staff went the extra mile to make our stay one we will not forget. Was so sorry to be leaving. We will hopefully return soon as we can.

Having stayed at another luxury hotel for our first couple of nights in Singapore, prior to moving to Mandarin Oriental, we were extremely delighted by the personal service we received from the entire team. From the team on the door, to check in, concierge, the restaurant and beyond, every member of the team provided an exceptional experience. The rapport they built with my young children (aged 7 & 4) and making them feel special and at home was lovely and meant a great deal to us. And even the service we have received following our stay has been great. I had access to the WhatsApp chat that was set up for me and I used that to communicate with the hotel after reaching uk and the kindly helped resolve a request I had. Both my wife and I agree that we would absolutely make Mandarin Oriental Singapore our go to hotel whenever we visit or even passing through. Thank you for an incredible experience and stay.

The recently refurbished Mandarin Oriental in Marina Bay sets an altogether new standard for hospitality and quality of food and services. We were amazed by the number of staff, always on hand to help you find a restaurant or a particular landmark, and by the six sonic lifts which ensure that you hardly ever have to wait for a ride (and that's in a hotel with over 500 rooms). Michael Pasia at the front desk, and Krishna among the many affable porters, could not have done more to make our six-day stay a success. The international buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the Embu Restaurant on the third floor are absolutely outstanding as well as being value for money.

Superb staff, excellent room (we had a Marina Bay Suite which had gorgeous views), and the Club Lounge was one of the best I’ve experienced with excellent Ruinart Champagne amongst other things. The buffet breakfast if huge if you like choice, and the Club breakfast is refined and elegant, with a shorter menu. The corporate spaces are big, and we had to close our eyes to business events operating….we were there on holiday….but the team still have time for everyone.

Absolutely superb, the best hotel we have stopped in worldwide. The hotel is nicely decorated and has a feeling of calm and serenity throughout, a very relaxing atmosphere. It is in a great location, a short stroll from Raffles, Merlion, shopping malls and Marina Bay. The staff are what make it, they are so attentive, friendly and always willing to help. We had a sea view room on level 23 that has fantastic views, and also includes membership to Haus 65. Haus 65 takes the hotel stay to another level, with champagne breakfast, and unlimited champagne and drinks until 7pm. Afternoon tea from 2-4pm ( we didn’t go as still full from breakfast) and a wide selection of canapés from 5-7pm, and a big list of other benefits during your stay. The champagne is Ruinart - very nice, and regularly topped up. The staff in Haus 65 are lovely, and make you feel pampered and relaxed. Would we stay again? Definitely - and for longer !
