I was there with my wife and friends for a very short stay from April 20th to 21st. During check in the staff was busy doing check in for other guest and could have just inform us that he needed more time as during at that point in time we were the only guests and i don't see anyone else other than us. He totally ignored us till we asked him how much longer do we need to wait. After checking into the room, as most of the other reviewers had mentioned, you REALLY need to check on the mosquito netting. We found out that the mosquito netting in the bathroom was not fixed properly. And so I went to the counter again, the same guy, and told him about the lose aka not fixed properly mosquito netting and he said that he will get someone to fix it. Along the way back to the room, I bump into the service staff and told the lady that I've informed the counter about the mosquito netting matters. She looked at me helplessly and said that she will need her colleague to help as they are very shorthanded on staffs on that day. Long story short, after I went out to explore the area and when I'm back to my room, I see that the netting is still and same and no one had come to fixed it. I went back to the counter and asked the guy "I thought you said that you will get your guys to fix it?" The guy gave a smile and said "will it help you if i give you mosquito coil?" And so I asked him "You are asking me if I can bath in a bathroom with mosquito coil burning in the bathroom??"" Oh come on, in service line if you can't do something, please do not promise your customer, please have some basic customer service experience and think how will you feel if you're a customer yourself. Also the place is run down and there is not much food options and they do not have Wi-Fi. If you have the money to stay here, I would rather recommending you to pitch a tent and stay at East Coast Park or just stay at home!

Formerly it is known as D'Kranji Farm Resort and after the change of management, they change it to Gallop Resort at Kranji. I am a regular guest to D'Kranji Farm Resort and used to book their rooms especially the Family Suite. D'Kranji Farm Resort management and their staff maintain the resort very well. They take every complain and feedback seriously. However, after Gallop Resort Management take over the resort, they don't bother to maintain it and they change the villa concept to a bunk bed. The room is so small and yet they furnish it with double decker bed. The bed sheet was sooo dirty and untidy. Recently i booked Family Suite for my birthday party but i was so disappointed because the suite is not like what i expected. 1) The Floor really dirty and dusty 2) Karaoke System not function (and they dont bother to fix it) 3) The did not clean the fridge 4) BBQ at the backyard full of dried Leaves 5) The sofa in the living room smells urine 6) The toilet in the bedroom always chocked 7) bedroom untidy 8) Aircon at the living room not cold I did inform the Bangladesh housekeeping to clean the floor but it takes ages for them to come. They came with a pail fill with dirty water and a black dirty mop. I stay they for 2 days but they don't even bother to make up the room. I am very disappointed and that will be my last day at Gallop Resort. The new management seems not serious or not prepared to take over the resort. The resort used to be a Beautiful Resort but now it just like a Haunted Resort to me.

My staycation with my family at Gallop Kranji Farm Resort on 11th Nov 2018 was a bad and terrible experience. We have booked a Family suite at a five star hotel price and ended up with the followings. 1. The main door is faulty. Could not even close properly. 2. The sitting room, bed rooms are in run down condition. 3. The toilets are choked at times. 4. There are mostique everywhere in the rooms. Perhaps due to the poorly maintained surroundings. 5. There is tentage at the BBQ pit. However, it is dirty and with holes on it 6. The suite is just opposite to a open karaoke lounge and people are still singing karaoke till 0300hr in the morning! 7. One of room's TV set is not working. When the staff came to look at it, their feedback was "That's nothing they could do to help". 8. The kettle at the kitchen is dirty with stains and they could not even replace one clean one. 9. We have complained our bad experiences to the customer service when checking out and it seemed such complaints are normal to them. In short, this place does not worth a stay and definitely not value for money. The management seriously must do something to raise the standards and to improve customer experience in order to stay in business. Thanks Fred

Do not come here! That’s the word I’m telling everyone, whether you’re local or a visitor. We booked this off booking.com after viewing the pics and it was nothing like what was shown. Talk about bait and switch. We thought we booked a room with two double beds and ended up with two bunk beds. The room is not cheap. It cost $110 per night and can sleep 4 but you’ll be better off booking any chalet in Singapore or the changi civil service club! The room is tiny and you can’t possibly open the door to the mini fridge because one of beds was flush against it. The cleanliness was iffy and the walls have dirt streaks. The sheets are almost like a table cloth. The ‘outdoor’ bathroom has streaks of dirt on the glass panel. Only consolation was that the aircon worked and water pressure was fine. Vegetarian chai tao kuay for breakfast was actually pretty good. The photos look better than expected for the same reason why we booked it off booking.com! It’s not hard to take a good photo but it should be very hard to get anyone to come back here after one experience.
