We could not find fault with Fraser Residence. We stayed for 10 nights and found the facilities exceptional. The only two things we would have liked were a microwave in the room and better lighting in the bathroom. The air conditioning worked beautifully. Our daily room service to tidy up and make our bed and restock bathroom toiletries was all done wonderfully. The cleanliness of the residence was 100%. The position of Fraser Residence is a 5 minute walk to the closest MRT in ION Shopping Centre called Orchard MRT and the Bus Stop is a 2 minute walk out the side gate. At ION Shopping Centre on B4 there is a food court where you can find your food need. Orchard Rd is a short walk around the corner. The king size bed was comfortable and pillows suited us, there was a pillow menu if you needed it too. My husband and I would highly recommend Fraser Residence especially as we booked a unit with a kitchenette and washing-dryer combination machine. Breakfast every morning in a small and quiet dining area was pleasant as well between 6.30 and 10.30am weekdays and 7.30 and 10.30am weekends.

I booked a 2 bedroom deluxe apartment. The location of the property was perfect for us and right next to the bus stop and very short walk to ION. I was in tower 2 and would have preferred to have a view of orchard street (this was the only downside).
I think they could work on the breakfast offering.
The rooms were clean and adequately equipped for a four star property. I loved the entertainment offering in the rooms and the fact that each room had independent aircon and both bedrooms and the living room had a TV. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Overall, the facilities are considered pretty good with all the essential items equipped in the room. For example, washing machine comes with a dryer. This is a huge bonus as I am not someone who is into hanging my clothes using drying rack and laundry powder is provided as well. It saves my hassle in bringing my own clothes’ detergent. As the main purpose of staying at Fraser Residence is due to my house renovation as such, I have to find a place to work and stay at the same time. I won’t be complaining the size of the room since I am only paying 158 per night. However, the room is filled with dust; the bedsheet, duvet, remote control, TV and etc. I wiped myself. The most eye-opening thing is when I pushed the dish washing soap to the extreme left, I saw a strand of hair. I do not know what you guys are doing before I entered the room and stayed there for 14 nights. I left a used fork in the basin (I didn’t hear any water sound) but saw the cleaner opened the cabinet whereby all the utensils can be found in she seems like wiping something using the cloth in that cabinet. After she left, I found out the fork is no longer at the basin. I not too sure, have she taken it away or…. I opened the cabinet and saw the cloth is indeed being touched before. I took up the fork and used the boiling water to sanitize it. When I first used the toilet bowl, I saw the water is yellowish. I not too sure, is it someone who pee but never flushed. It is pretty gross. Cleaner is somehow nice in the sense that she took initiative to replace the bedsheet but she placed the pillows and duvet on the floor while changing it. It is very unhygienic. Gems and bacteria are everywhere. I am controlling myself when I saw that scene. Not to mention, I have bought a box of tea and I placed it on the kitchen table. I turned my head and saw the cleaner was digging into the box. Maybe she thought that is from Fraser Residence? One night I was trying to shower and saw my shampoo bottle cap was not tightened properly but I remember very clearly, I closed it well and even washed it with water. While she was mopping the floor, she accidentally hit the bed (duvet) with the mop. At the back of my mind, I was like OMG! It is so dirty! I almost slipped twice after she mopped the floor as it is too wet. Luckily, I didn’t actually slip.

My partner and I enjoyed our stay at Fraser Residence Orchard. We were there in April and again in July. Our experience in both occasions was positive. Location was great and facilities were excellent. But once you’ve stayed here you would probably agree that it’s the people at Fraser that makes a huge difference. Guest services staff were committed to making our stay comfortable - a shoutout to Asyraf (and every single one in the team with mention the senior staff and the young gentlemen who took turns helping bring deliveries up our rooms during our stay). Worth mentioning too were the nice breakfast Pecky and her team prepared daily. Jehan and the young man that attend to guests at breakfast were kind and attentive. Rooms were cleaned daily. Our stay at the 7th and 17th floors were great because housekeeping were professional and efficient, well-trained and very accommodating to requests and concerns. I was impressed by the commitment and effort everyone puts into their jobs that make Fraser Residence Orchard awesome.

If you are looking for a place to spend maybe more than a weekend in Singapore, then look no further. Fraser Residence, conveniently close to Ion Orchard MRT, is a home away from home, with space inside to unwind and unpack your luggage, wash it and dry it, and even cook if you feel adventurous or you are missing the flavours from home. It caters to international clients spending maybe a couple of weeks in Singapore. They are friendly and the property is clean beyond belief - albeit there was a pigeon visiting the third floor elevator entrance consistently:) The property has two swimming pools, that can be reserved for ease of mind when it comes to Covid-19. The staff is friendly and helpful and can help you sort your things out in Singapore, suggesting transportations, shopping venues, and the like. I will try to book here again the next time I will visit Singapore.

I stayed for 18 days in a Studio Premier (King Bed-43 sqm). The studio was comfortable & clean. The studio was well equipped with Miele washer/dryer & bath tub and shower. Breakfast included, continental option only. The breakfast room was in a spacious surrounding within lush greenery. You can takeaway breakfast items to munch later on (3-layer stack food carrier provided in your kitchen).  Mr. Ram from reception was super helpful and sweet.  My stay was a pleasant experience, and I recommend Fraser Residence Singapore to others. A service apartment at the side of orchard road, walking distance to Ion shopping mall. Flexible enough for 1 night stay or long term. Being a service apartment, there’s a kitchenette, washer/dryer and you can even have a 3 bedroom if you wish. Either a newish property or recently renovated, so quite pleasant. High end Malin+Goetz toiletries too. Downside is you can’t collect fraser points here, not sure why

We stayed for 6 weeks (2 weeks SHN), the staff are very friendly and helpful! The pools are beautiful and very quiet even on weekends. The location is great - easy walk to Orchard Rd, which is great when you have just moved and need to buy a lot of things for the move. Bus stop outside, very convenient and the MRT outside is opening soon. The large balcony was a massive plus during our SHN!
