Arrived early morning following an over night flight from UK... Somewhat jaded and jet lagged, however, made to feel very welcome at the hotel and checked in very efficiently by friendly staff. Understandably our room wasn't ready ( it was 9:30am ) but we were able to leave our luggage with the concierge and asked go return at 1:00 pm....

My first dinner visit at Porta on 08 Jan 2017 it was totally disaster. No doubt the restaurant was revamped and the ambience was nice but too cluster. I was brought to a cubical to be seated, later we complained to Nick about the coldness he is kind enough to hand us the blankets. But we chose to seat outside...

Hotel was convenient for our use and the staff were efficient, especially Nathan the concierge who looked after us very well. The hotel was booked for us by the tour company arranging our cruise s an overnight stay prior to going on board.

This was our fist time to stay near Clarke Quay and found it an excellent location with plenty of Restaurants, Pubs and some shops close at hand. Our room had all we needed, was very clean and in good order, we were a little disappointed with the limited selection for breakfast

The food I thought was fusion but maybe I am wrong. Nick Koh is being patient and help us through the menu. We enjoyed the stay and lunch. Good place for meet up. I came for dinner second round. The ambience is not conducive. Air con is too cold you can hardly enjoy the food. However, Nick had offer the...

I found room a bit small but adequate, Housekeeping efficient and everything clean. What I missed was at least one electrical socket in the bathroom for the hairdryer, had to dry hair at the desk, cord of hairdryer rather short ..... Excellent concierge service, good breakfeast and Food at 'Porta', nice service at Swimming pool Cocobola (thanks Rachel and Kumar)....

Dear Guest Thank you for the positive reviews. Meantime, main reason for not having a power source in the bathroom is because of safety requirements. Guests should not have gone into the pool fully clothed and we sincerely apologize for the matter. We will be more vigilant in ensuring this issue will not happen again. Dino Lim, General Manager

We stayed here for two days. Overall it was a very nice hotel. The staff was very helpful. The room was nice, ok bed, and we got the feeling of being in a large room, because of the ceiling. The price could have been better, but we got treated like it was a luxury hotel (by the staff), so we...

Nice hotel. Loads of restaurants nearby. Excellent concierge and reception. Breakfast not bad. Beautiful pool. The hotel 15 min away from the Underground station Clarke Quay. Also liked the gym and made good use of it.

Lovely little hotel, close to everything, breakfast was good and pool area is fab - small rooms even after a free upgrade, but didn't mind as was only a quick stop off - overlooking the main roads, but very quiet!

I first stayed at the Park Hotel about 6 years ago, not a lot has changed with the exception that the main restaurant was currently under renovation and was due to finish before xmas. The rooms are very well presented and clean, the staff are friendly and attentive to requests. The swimming pool is of a good size and has...
