My husband and I stayed at this hotel for four days. The staff are very friendly although the rooms are quite small. Found not enough adequate space for unpacking but we were only there for 4 days so lived out of a suitcase. Our room was ready upon arrival (10.15am) and the hotel itself is in a great location in...

This hotel is very close to Clarke quay which is great for visiting at night and in the day. The room was clean and the pool was nice. There was no milk for the two sachets of tea and coffee only creamer. This seemed a bit mean. The other downsides were having to pay for wifi and the breakfast which...

Dear hmr132015 The Culinary team have been informed to look into their food preparation to ensure high standards are being delivered to the guests. Hotel is currently looking to offering complimentary wifi to guests, and that should happen by beginning of next year 2016. Dino Lim Hotel Manager

The hotel offers an excellent FOC bus to key areas to pick up the tourist buses to enable further exploration of Singapore and surrounding area incl Airport. When we arrived we were met by friendly staff and given a refreshing iced glass of lemonade, very welcomed after a long journey from Ireland. The hotel was clean and fresh and on our day of departure they stored our luggage and then offered us a room for half an hour to shower before we left. We would highly recommend...

A lovely place to stay. Central location so walking distance to Clark Quay and all the eateries there. Room was a great size, clean and fresh. Loved the pool. A great 4 days here, would stay again for sure.

We arrived tired after a long flight, we were upgraded, a lovely surprise however we were unaware that our breakfast was not included in our room deal- breakfast was lovely over the three mornings but we had to remember that we had to pay for it all at check-out! As for Singapore, it is very expensive as a city and...

It was rather expensive for a hotel that only provides the basic essentials for a budget hotel somewhere else. The place was not up to standard with only a shower room instead of a bathtub. Also, The lobby was too small and with too little chairs for comfort. The place is really inaccessible from Clarke Quay, the only good thing...

Second time visiting Singapore and to this hotel. Cannot complain about anything (well one tiny thing) Breakfast busy but organised and plenty to choose from - nice eggs cooked to your liking by chef. Helpful concierge staff and reception. Room clean, very functional and great view over Clarke Quay and pool. Room well stocked with everything you need. Very quiet....

It's a terrible selling skill ! We arrived for check in at 1pm, the front desk staff, Selina who told us to pay extra for upgrading our room to club floor room. We refused and asked why the lady in front of us got a room. She said if we don't pay for upgrade, need to come back at 3pm...

Dear Ginger G We do believe there could be mis-understanding over here. It is part of the staff responsibility to enquire from guests if they do require better rooms for an additional fee. Staff could have given a wrong approach on the subject matter, and for this, she has been reprimanded. We do sincerely apologize for this. As for the...

Great hotel and lovely staff. We were very lucky and had an upgrade to the crystal floor, it was fab! Lovely room and the crystal upgrade was a real treat. Staff were outstanding and great service. Hotel is in a great location and is close to all the bars and restaurant. We only stayed one night after a cruise but...

The Quays
From Marina Bay, a walk along Singapore River will take you through the three Quays of the city, each offering a very different atmosphere. Boat Quay features historical sites and a buzzing riverfront vibe. Clarke Quay caters to the party crowd, while Robertson Quay appeals to the leisurely wanderer. Weekends at Robertson Quay and Martin Road also give a peek into the lives of expats in Singapore, as the riverfront teems with joggers, dog walkers, and those getting their caffeine fix over brunch or enjoying a burger and a beer. No matter what you’re up for, the three Quays have something to keep you happy, day or night.
