Goldkist beach resort Singapore, where the sky, sun, sea and soul meet to make the full moon night serenity in paradise. This resort in the east coast of Singapore is very closely located from any major must visit places in Singapore like the Orchard, Suntec, Expo and so on and to mention the distance from airport is just 10 min...

I am completely disappointed but do not hesitate to say that the customer service and the rates quoted are big time rip-off! Management is horrible - you call to their number available 6448 4747, an uninterested staff picks up and transfers the call for eternity ... ! I happened to book a (50% deposit as booking fee) room at their...

the rooms and the pool area were extremely dirty and not clean when we checked in. the towels provided were smelly and stained. customer service from the staff and management is non existance and they were very rude. it's a place with poor service, infrastructure, management and hygiene. even if you're in a desperate need of a room, I wouldn't...

The staff sucks BIG TIME(no customer service quality AT ALL!)... Room sucks and OVERPRICED! BBQ PIT rental $25(ridiculous) water boiler need to rent(not available even though u've paid almost $200/night!) Towel was smelly and dirty... bottom line, NOT RECOMMENDED EVEN IF YOU'RE DESPERATE FOR A CHALET.

To begin with, check-in time is supposedly at 2.30pm and I was there with my 2 children at about 1.30pm. Approached reception and was told that room is not available and check-in can only be done at 2.30pm. Another more senior colleague came along and told her to check availability before telling me that it is not available and she...

During check in, while waiting in the lobby i witnessed two separate incidents of other guests complaining to a management staff. I have not stayed here as I live very close to it, but seeing the media about it recently caused me to ask a number of Singapore taxi drivers (the travel and hotel gurus) what they would say in a customer from the airport asked to be taken to this place. Almost all of them laughed and said 'Waaa, why...
