Felt very comfortable at this small hotel within a boat club. It was very clean, and the shared areas were all open air, very good during this time of Covid. The spacious marina view rooms could open up completely to the sea breeze and they smell fresh because the floor is not carpeted.
Shout out to the compact team of staff (especially Jane, Matthew and Royston) who were super responsive and service-oriented. They responded promptly to a complaint about a neighbour smoking (it is a strictly non-smoking hotel), investigated, and after verifying, charged them a fee.

We recently stayed here for 6 nights while waiting for a cruise to leave. When the cruise got cancelled, the hotel allowed us to shorten our booking with no penalty. The staff were helpful, considerate and extremely helpful.
This hotel is in an out of the way quiet location in a very upmarket marina on Sentosa Island. Perfect if you want to get away from the bussle of the city but only about 10 minutes drive to the Gardens on the Bay. There are lots of easy transport options and free buses on Sentosa too. There is no traffic inside the marina and you can just walk around to cafes and restaurants. There was even a really good little supermarket next door too.
The price of the room is very good considering the surroundings and the quality of the hotel. The room was huge, beds really comfortable with great pillows. There was even a large desk area with very good desk chair. Massive bathroom with tub and overhead shower.
The only thing that could have improved this room would have been a balcony, but the pool was a great place to sit outside and was never busy.
The hotel is part of the sailing club at the marina and has a members only restaurant which guests can use. The food was excellent and very well priced.
Just one little niggle, and this isn't the only hotel which suffers from this fault. The lighting system is too high-tech and complicated. Turning on and off lights becomes a major pain as you have to do it from a remote control screen. Can't just use a switch on the wall. If the screen is not on the right setting, you can't just switch your bedside light on and off. And it takes about three or four screens just to switch off the main overhead lights.

Convenient shuttle service to and from Harbour Front and Sentosa Cove.
Staff were polite and pleasant, provided clear directions for check in after filling in details for contact tracing. Counter staff was prompt to attend to us but it was a little difficult to hear the instructions through the glass panel and mask.
Was assigned a room directly opposite the janitor’s room and could hear them talking quite loudly along the corridor/outside our room. After switching on the do not disturb sign they seem to have noticed and we didn’t get any further noise there.
The marina view room came with a mini fridge, complimentary nespresso coffee capsules and tea. Was happy to learn that the complimentary bottled water came in reusable glass bottles and not single use plastic. The room was spacious and clean and the service desk also promptly called to check that everything was in order shortly after we checked in. The balcony was clean and provided a nice place to chill.
There was a low buzzing/ humming sound more prevalent in the quiet of the night. Not sure if it was coming from the aircon, bathroom vent or outside the room, making it a little difficult to fall asleep.
Had a short gym workout session and the trainer on site offered to spot me which was nice.
Just a downside that there is construction going on nearby and the pilling works served as our morning wake up call at about 8-9am.

We booked Marina view room at ONE°15 Marina for our first staycation. The view was absolutely gorgeous. The hotel in general has all the basic amenities available that you may require. Although the rooms are non smoking but I guess the ventilation had some issue due to which we smelled smoke the entire first day. After we reported it at the reception, they instantly proposed us to move to a new room and arranged it for us within an hour and this time it was smoke free. We really appreciate the action taken by the staff to address our issue.
The food and the hospitality of the staff at their in house restaurant LATITUDE Bistro are mentionable too. Breakfast spread couldn't have been better given the Covid scenario. My husband and I quite liked it.
The hotel has a recreation office from where you can book bicycles on hour basis. We booked 2 cycles to ride along the cove. The location of this hotel is amazing as you ride or stroll along the cove to see number of fine dining restaurants on one side and small, big, posh yachts and boats docked on the other side.
The checkout was as smooth as checkin. Aileen at the reception made it easy for us. All in all a good break from a monotonous life.

One 15 Marina provides great customer service, they would give us a call to check on things. The room is spacious, there's tv in the bath tub, a device to switch off the lights, close the curtains and even setting on the alarm clock. The wifi is also great and they provide a good amount of shampoo, showed gel and conditioner. There's also safety box, hotel slippers, bath robe, fridge and even a hairdryer.
However, it would be great to have a spray bidet in the toilet and a plastic in the dustbin of the toilet.

The hill view room is very serene and huge. The bathroom is huge as well with glass ceiling on the bath tub area. I like ipad in the bedside which I can control the lights of the room and set the alarm. However, the open and close curtain function is not working but just okay as I can just do it myself. The hotel has daily housekeeping. One time I called in to make up my room at 6pm as I was in the room the whole day but when I came back for dinner at 8pm, my room was missed out. When I called in to request again, the front desk immediately sent housekeeping. I availed the Stay 3 Nights Pay 2 Nights package where breakfast is not included. The receptionist upon checkin asked if I want to avail the breakfast for $20 and I said yes. I'm just not sure if I heard correctly but when I go to Latitude for breakfast, they only know my room has no breakfast and I paid the ala carte breakfast price upon check out. Cold storage and 7 eleven is nearby which great for some snacks. I enjoyed the pool as it has jacuzzi on the side. I love the place and my whole stay. Will definitely go back.

Booked a 3d2n stay here and everything was well cared for from start to end. Communication before arrival was clear and prompt, check in and check out was seamless. Pleasant surprise with a room upgrade to a suite and the bathroom was a winner with the huge bathtub. Front desk staff were all very helpful with questions and needs, they were bright and cheerful and you could see their smiles beneath their masks. Housekeeping was great and answered to calls such as extra chair as there was only 1 in the room and we needed 1 more for in room dining. Point to note, check on the shuttle bus timings to harbourfront mrt, due to phase 2HA, the bus intervals are different from usual. Short distance to cold storage and 7-11. If you are looking to have some peace and quiet, this will be a great place.

Everything was up to expectation, slight hiccup as the concierge forgotten about the arrangement on the first night - but rectified it on the second night. However the room service was great and they even tidied up our messy belongings rather than just leaving it there untouched. The concierge staff were also efficient in conveying my message to the housekeeping team. Overall it was a pleasant stay. Thank you!

Stay for 2 nights in different room & was not really pleased. • First night in Hillview room. Room was spacious & even had a sofa bed for extra occupant. Toilet was spacious too as just in the pic. Bathtub was separated from standing shower area, which was a plus point. • Second night in Marina view ☹ 1. Room has a balcony but the view is disappointing, noting like the picture but instead you will see palm trees. No direct view of the yacht view. So not a nice view at all. 2. The room that we got has faulty aircon issues(called front desk 2x) until the friendly technician felt bad for us & brought us a fan. 3. The toilet seems smaller, there is no separate standing shower for this room. U need to step down into the bathtub to shower. Which I think its risky if you have old aged guest or young children. 4. Pressure of water is this room is low compared to the first room. Needed to wait long to use the bath tub. Overall I would say that this was not a pleasant stay. Maybe your staff from housekeeping/reception & engineering can make up for the hotel flaws. The location was ok, as mentioned it’s a walking distance to Cold Storage, 7-11 & the free shuttle to Sentosa.

Booked the property on their website. 3 days before the stayed, I called to inform them that there would be flower arriving before I check-in and needed their help to put the flowers in my room. The staff was more than happy to insert it into my request. On the day of arrival, the reception (Aileen & Delia) were more than happy to let me know the procedures of checking in and made the cashless payment a fuss-free one. After checking into my room, the reception called the room to check up on us, ensuring the room was in good condition and if we had any request.
Stayed in the Marina View Room, the view was very good despite having construction works going on in the day. The night was very quiet and had no noise. Room overall very clean but the only problem was us not knowing how to use the bathtub at 11 pm! Called reception, who had no problem sending housekeeping staff to check on us. Problem was solved in 5mins and we got to enjoy the bathtub.
Last day of our staycation, did not have the privilege to enjoy the infinity pool, however, staff told us that we could still enjoy their facilities after check out but only for the day of our stay. Still could not use the pool due to weather conditions. During check-out, the same staff that checked us in was quick to ask if we enjoyed the stay and we had any problems .... then let us know that they happen to found out we were celebrating our anniversary the day before and got us a cake. Definitely not what we were expecting for at all. We are thankful for Delia and Aileen for ensuring that our mini staycation was a success and for the mini surprise. I am sure they went beyond their call of duty to get us a very delicious piece of cake for our celebration.
Overall, the price of this property was affordable, with a great view. Perfect for people looking to enjoy luxury and peace at the same time. Service from the staff I would have easily given 10/5 as they were constantly ensuring we were enjoying ourself. Bed and pillows were soft and comfortable, we had a good night rest. The balcony had an area for us to snap some photos and enjoy the fresh air. The only downside was that it was a distance from the main attractions in Sentosa. We had some trouble getting there (thus we took grab) but when going to the beach, it was just a 5minutes bus ride. Would love to experience another night at ONE°15 Marina sadly, all good things come to an end.

Hi yes, this is a must. Although when we were there, i didn’t book beforehand but asked the pool staff if i can pre book through them and they were fine with it.
There are more places to choose from in the Sentosa Island area.
