Was surprised at how big and spacious the room is. There's a huge bed and then a liviing space with a bench and TV. Enjoyed the pool and BBQ pit. Towels and floor mat and bath gel provided which is nice, but no toothbrush and toothpaste. Could improve a lot more in terms of cleanliness though. There was a dubious...

we booked two "delux" rooms for 2 nights. to our horror the rooms were not cleaned and towels not changed on the second day. when asked they told us they would only clean the rooms once every two days. on top of that, the liquid soap dispenser in the shower room is not working! I think you'd better off paying...

Probably the cheapest place you can get on the island. Not a resort but a chalet so don't expect much service and amenities. Request for rooms on the first floor if possible as there are no elevators. Room felt like there was sand everywhere and the bathroom was gloomy. Location is excellent as it is just a few minutes walk...

The staff was friendly, and gave us some recommendation where to eat, lend us umbrella and called taxi the next morning BUT the place needs to be bulldozed down or needed some serious update and refresh. The smell of the place was putrid and...

But the timing should provide longer as it only service till 4.30pm. We book 2 deluxe rooms and the price is reasonable for a accommodation in sentosa. The pool is great for the...

Dear varuna d

Thank you for your interest in Costa Sands Resort Sentosa!

Guests who booked our Deluxe Room are entitled for free admission into Sentosa. The price depends on the mode of transportation that you are taking. For example, if you are taking the monorail, we will reimburse the admission fee (up to a maximum of $8 ($4 per pax - maximum 2 pax). Please do note that the receipt must be produced for reimbursement. Likewise, if you are taking the taxi, please pay the admission fee at the Sentosa gantry (ranges from $2 - $8) first. Produce the receipt to the Front Office counter for the reimbursement of the admission fee (not the taxi fare)

Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any other enquiry.

Yours Sincerely
