Abrupt welcome, we arrived to the hotel in the morning after a long connected flight from Vietnam. The first word was to pay 300 pesos to get an early check-in (room was around 900 pesos/night with AC) . Not very welcoming and the room was empty but hey ho. Fake window, smells humid, the combo bathroom/WC was very very tiny...

If you're on a tight budget and you wanted to spend most of your money in site-seeing Cebu, USDA is the place for you to stay. It's affordable, accessible and has nearby food shops. It also has a nearby 7-11 store! Pretty convenient for me.

For a thrifty traveler like me, it's worth the price (4D3N stay). The room was clean especially the comfort room. It's very near to south bus terminal, crown regency hotel, and Cebu port if you'll be visiting Bohol.

Not sure this is the best location in town and wouldn't go on the streets alone after dark. We had booked additional nights as we planned to go south for a night before staying again for our return visit but after Govermant warnings not to travel south in Cebu we changed our flight and flew over to Kalibo. We're gutted...

If you want to feel the other side (the slum side that is) of the older Cebu city.. stay here. Staffs were very helpful.. mattress is ok.. could be better. Very close to the Basilica and the Fort.. the walk there will open your eyes to reality. Definitely good for 1 night/day experience...

We were going to Oslob, but it was at night and this hotel was perfect because it is really close to the south buss terminal. The room is good and really clean. There is a small convenience store beside the hotel. We recommend it.

We stayed here for a couple of hours because we have to ride the bus to Badian in the morning. It has 711 nearby and a few steps away from Jollibee which is an advantage. It also is a 10-min walk away from South Cebu Bus Terminal. We are a group of 3 and it was perfect for us as...

Staff was generally nice and attentive. The wifi was poor at times but the cable worked just fine. The students were noisy though, which isn't good if you're a light sleeper. I liked that we didn't have to walk far to ride the jeep or go to church.

Room: We stayed in a standard room for 3 nights and 3 days. The bathroom is small but clean. There's hot and cold shower. The TV has "Sky cable" channels, which we loved. The room has air-conditioner. The beds are comfortable but the sheets are a little bit thin. There are complimentary towels which you can request to be changed...

While I was glad that check in was quick, I was disappointed by the room given. The place is old and run down and while the price was reasonable, I felt like the place could have been made maintained better.Room 105 was dark and dingy and the thing that I found very disappointing was that the internet did not function...

“Try getting the Standard room. Its just like their Superior room! And Its just for Php600+! But last I heard, they are having a price change. So more likely its a hundred peso increase! Still a lot cheaper than any accomodations in the city!”
