We stayed at BTR for the first time in March 2017 and thoroughly enjoyed our four nights there. We had a family room on the first floor of the "pyramid" shaped hotel that opened directly onto a lanai and the beach. Couldn't ask for a more tranquil spot to enjoy the morning or evening. The room consisted of a spacious...

Room was big and good enough. However, looks like the hotel has been better in the past but deteriorated due to poor maintenance. Location is in the very end of the beach, during high tide you need to wade in the water to get to the main part of the beach. On-site restaurant was very poor.

Went there for a dinner party. To make it short: Bad and cold food, warm beer, premixed cocktails, awful dj. Went to another place after paying 60€ for the dinner. The place itself looked very nice. The hotel might be a different experience.

We stayed at the hotel in February. Hotel is situated at the very beginning of station 1, quiet and nice area, walking distance to the ''party zone''. Hotel is quiet small, but the rooms are spacious, private terraces from every room. We had a problem with AC and we were moved to another room without any problems. Rooms are cleaned...

Stay here while you still have the chance ! Just have a look at the photo they have looking out to the beach you have this pretty much to yourself. The site will be redeveloped at the end of the year so you only have six months before it is bulldozed. Likely to make way for some monstrosity with hundreds...

I spent the Chinese New Year break at the Terraces Resort in Boracay. It has some clear plus but also some clear minus. On the positive side is location, being at the end of the white beach you have a limited number of 'walking tourists' in front of your sofa. It is also well set if you have young kids,...

We were renting an apartment for 2 weeks and they have rates for month renting (30000pesos/month) which is nice But what they don't tell you is that they keep your passport all days, they don't clean the room, they don't change the sheets and towels, you can't bring friend after 3pm which is ridiculous.... And you have to pay electricity...
