First the accommodation is really indeed great! The furnitures, the ambiance of the room, designs and paintings is very cozy and well-maintained, very clean! On the Reception Area they have a hospitable, very reliant and accommodating staffs. They have the fastest response that I've ever experience. All staffs always greet you wherever you are inside the hotel. Even room attendants and cleaners are very polite and very dedicated on their work. When it comes to emergencies, they will really help you with your needs to the best that they can. People who are working here are guaranteed trained when it comes to costumer service. The place is very relaxing and the breakfast food are very delicious! I am so glad that we decided to stay in Mandarin Bay Hotel. See you next time Mandarin Bay! Thank you for warm welcome to my family! ❤

Just returned from an amazing stay at the newly opened, Mandarin Bay Resort and Spa in Boracay!

From the moment we got there, we were greeted with the vibrant beats of drums, refreshing welcome drinks, and cold towels. 🍹

We arrived early in the morning, and the staff were kind enough to let us store our baggage and even allowed an early check-in to one of our rooms. Speaking of the rooms, they were pristine, modern, quiet, and free of that "kulob" smell. The absence of carpeting is a plus for us.

We were also pleasantly surprised by the birthday setup, which added a special touch to our stay. 🎂🍰

The resort’s pool was a highlight: cool, inviting, and perfect for a relaxing dip. We couldn’t resist the happy hour cocktails by the pool.
🍸🏊‍♀️🍸🏊‍♂️

The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Kudos to the team!
👏👏👏

Additionally, the hotel is beachfront, offering free use of mats and towels, and serves a fantastic breakfast buffet that we enjoyed every morning.

During our recent family getaway to Boracay, my wife, our one-year-old, and I stayed at Mandarin Bay Hotel. The staff’s warm hospitality made us feel right at home, and the pristine rooms were both comfortable and spacious, accommodating our needs perfectly. The hotel’s direct beach access was a blessing, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful shoreline effortlessly. We particularly appreciated the birthday surprise for my wife, the delightful breakfast buffet, which offered a variety of options to start our day. The pool area was a serene spot where we could relax while our little one splashed around safely. Overall, it was a memorable experience that we would highly recommend to other families seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Boracay. Special thanks to Ms. Rose for assisting us. We will definitely come back.

“Embracing the Extraordinary Experience Beyond Traditions” at the newly-opened Mandarin Bay Resort & Spa. Their slogan says it all. I staid in a Grand Deluxe King Room (Room 243) with a great pool view (the biggest pool in Boracay) and also tried their top-notch Prime Rib Buffet from 6pm to 10pm which now costs PHP 1,499 (in-house guests have a 10% discount). Minor issues include the lack of knowledge around displayed wines/wine prices and the at times slow service (e.g. needed multiple reminders for coffee refills). Special thanks to Eunice for giving us a very insightful tour of the different room and suite categories. Overall, a great addition to Boracay.

All of the staffs are welcoming and very accommodating, starting with the sg, front desk mentioning Ms. Shaira, Ms. Jan and the other girl duty with Ms. Jan.

Every night they would put a pastry inside our room and clean it up as well.

This is my second time visiting boracay but I would recommend mandarin bay for their service and accommodation. Worth every pay.

Their food is also nice and mr. Sammuel who assisted us during our lunch is very helpful.

But everyone in the hotel is very accommodating even the staff from the bar, the pool attendant i forgot their names are very kind and welcoming because of their smiles.

Thank you for accompanying us. The hotel were able to make this vacation extra special and easy.

Let me start with how welcoming the hotel was when we arrived. Welcome drinks and cold towels were offered. The check in time was at 3 pm and we had arrived at 12 pm. They offered that we can already use the pool while waiting for check in. They even sent a msg saying the room is ready by 2 pm so they gave us an early check in. It was my birthday and they had prepared cake and balloons even cake towels and swans on the bed. A greeting on the cake plate and on the TV screen as well. There was a personally written letter and I was so happy. The bed was heaven, great water pressure, hot and cold shower and bath tub. Clean and large room. And a great view of the pool and the beach. The pool was amazing, the buffet as well. Ordered drinks and more. This hotel has top tier customer service. Staff greet and smile at you and even the manager made sure each guest was taken cared of. Even at check out they still offered cold towels while I was waiting for my airport transfer and even granted my request for a late check out. I would definitely say this hotel was one of the best hotels I had stayed at and would come back again.

We had an amazing time here at Mandarin Bay Resort and Spa. From the moment we walked in, we felt like a valued customer, they greeted us with a warm welcome and they very polite. Eunice welcomed us like we knew each other, she is very friendly and she made sure that we feel relaxed while waiting for our room. All staff went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met, and they even took the time to personalize our experience. We had dinner at La Fiesta and the food is superb!! They also have a great singer that made all guests entertained.

No words can express how happy we are during our stay. This is the only hotel that made us say “WOW! Grabe the best ang customer service. Walang katulad”

Definitely recommended and will surely get back again on our next vacation here in the Philippines.

Thank you for setting the bar so high for exceptional customer service!

Special thanks to Eunice, Cath and Frency and to all the staff of Mandarin Bay Resprt and Spa.

Mandarin Bay Premier in Boracay is an oasis of luxury and comfort, setting the bar high from the moment you step off the plane. The seamless pick-up from the airport whisked me away to a world of unparalleled hospitality. From check-in to check-out, the staff exuded warmth and professionalism, making me feel like a valued guest throughout my stay.

Security is paramount here, with visible guards ensuring peace of mind at every turn. The secured elevator access adds an extra layer of safety, allowing guests to relax and enjoy their time without worry.

The buffet breakfast is a culinary delight, offering a tantalizing array of options from savory to sweet, accompanied by a variety of coffee selections to satisfy even the most discerning palate. Dessert for breakfast? Why not, when it's this delicious! (Shout to the following staff in the dining room : Nancy the supervisor, Patrick the awesome guy that always assisted us in our dining experience and Whayne the OJT)

As for the accommodations, cleanliness is impeccable, and the rooms are a sanctuary of tranquility. (Shoutout to Kenneth that always makes our room clean everyday) The warm welcome from the staff upon arrival instantly made me feel at home, setting the tone for a truly unforgettable stay.

Mandarin Bay Premier in Boracay exceeded my expectations in every way, and I cannot wait to return.

Mandarin Bay Resort & Spa is an excellent choice for a group of friends looking for a more relaxed, luxurious, and scenic spot to stay in Boracay. Its quieter location in Station 2 provides a tranquil retreat, yet it’s close enough to enjoy the island’s nightlife and adventures. The spacious accommodations, good service, and wide range of activities make it a great choice for groups looking to bond while having access to the best that Boracay has to offer.

Whether you're looking to chill on the beach, go on an island-hopping adventure, enjoy swimming in the longest swimming pool in Boracay , or explore the local nightlife, Mandarin Bay offers everything a group of friends would need for a memorable and quality vacation.
