Booked this hotel together with the package sold by tour agent from MATTA fair in Malaysia. They marketed it as 4 star. Totally cheated our money. We paid about RM400 for RM80 value. We were the last ones on the bus headed to the main street of their town. Then we got off and had to walk 15 minutes from...

Booked 5 clients with them and paid in full amount. Upon checking in they told our clients that they don't have their reservation even though they presented a hotel voucher. They said they are under a new management. Our clients ended up transferring to another accommodation. Our partner called Veli's Inn and upon thorough checking they found out that we...

The facilities itself aren't that all nice. I mean you don't have a pool or whatever but helloooo look at the price you're paying per night. Well, I don't think they clean like scrub clean the bathrooms but they change the bedding(well I hope) every day. One thing I really like is the fact that the receptionists and servers are...

Even before we arrived at this 'hotel' we are already having problems communicating with the guy who runs the place. He answered our text message twice, then after that, we never got a reply. Then we arrived and we were checked in right away, then once you enter the room, it will all make sense why this is a budget...

The room was very small and musty smelling and didn't get made up for our entire three day stay. The toilet wouldn't flush properly and we had to scoop water from the shower down it almost every time! On the plus side, the breakfast was free and nice enough and it was well located a couple of minutes walk from...

We stayed as a couple at Veli's Inn and it was nothing like the photos showed. First of all, The night shift guard was the most respectful person at the hotel. The only other time staff would speak to you was to inform you how much you owe when checking in or out. The room was never cleaned during our...
