1.
Aqua Boracay is more than a resort—it’s an escape into the lap of luxury. Nestled on the quieter side of Boracay, this gem offers a serene retreat for families, couples, and groups alike. As we stepped onto the property, we were greeted by contemporary design, elegant rooms, and a sense of calm.

2.
The rooms and presidential suites at Aqua Boracay are a symphony of modern aesthetics. It's almost always cool and windy, except in May and June. The view is stunning, sunset and sunrise, the kites flying through the air and the board surfers racing through the emerald waves. We did not miss the white beach on the other side of the island, very busy, busy and it's only 5 minutes from the Bulabog beach.

3. Breakfast and culinary Delights
The resort’s culinary offerings are equally enchanting. Imagine sipping an Espresso Martini by the pool, a spicy salmon salad for lunch, the quiet beach stretching before you. The friendly staff at Qtchn restaurant where a Lucious breakfast buffet is offered.

A very reasonable and good informal bar/restaurant nearby is Levanteen Bar and a kite & Beach Resort Habagat (Winnie Levai)

If you’re expecting to be in a quiet, quality setting with Boracay, you don’t need to look for any other facility if you’re taking your luggage by Boracay. It’s definitely not that if you’re going to the city center on foot, it’s not 10 minutes, but you don’t need it, it’s always a quiet, quality hotel service that takes you to the heart of the island, which is the most crowded. It’s also very professional when it comes to the hotel. You can get a three-wheel drive from the hotel to the city center, which is a busy transportation vehicle on the island, and you can get to the city for 60 TL in January 2025.Herkes speaks very clearly and clearly about your transfers in English, where you’re in good shape, where you’re in good shape, where you’re in good shape. They greet you at the airport, you arrive at the marina where boats will take you to Boracay Island with a vehicle, from there you take you to the island with a private boat waiting for you, again you pick up the hotel vehicle and bring you to the hotel, which is a very tortuous job for first-time arrivals and they do the paperwork for entry to the island. In January 2025 prices, the airport return transfer fee is 1120 TL per person but it will save you a lot of time, you will thank me very much. They offer two options for pickup, private service, absolutely no individual pickup, no need and expensive.Group pickup is less expensive. There are beaches on the island in the four main attractions.Rent the three wheeled motorcycles I'm talking about and go one by one.In total, you go to these beaches and return again at the price of January 2025.Don't be shy of a free boat tour until the evening.I leave the names of the beaches here :) White beach,Puka beach,Willy’s rock,Diniwid Beach.Boracay’s center is very crowded, very noisy so I highly recommend staying at this hotel and going to the center with a 5-minute shuttle and then back to your quiet hotel and spending the day.Say sure to experience the sunset at one of these beaches.D*Mall shopping district is the island’s center and hotel service 3 minutes.

This hotel is a disaster on service. After travelling all night and hotel staff transported us from airport to hotel, we made check-in, around 8 a.m. After paying the seven nights booked in an hotel reservation site and rendered the deposit, reception states room is not ready yet housekeeping is cleaning it and that we can go to take breakfast because within 1 hour room ready and they would call us.
Immediately disappointed with buffet breakfast, no juices, no yoghurt, no bacon, no good bread, no croissants, that all hotels offer on buffet breakfast, price really expensive for the poor offer.
Next more than two hours elapse with me and my husband pressing for the room and reception telling us room not ready yet.
After so many insistence the staff comes to say we need to pay PHP 3,900.00 and taxes because they are going to arrange another room, as the original one we can only enter enter 3 p.m. Get really mad with them, telling them no need for such theatre, tell us immediately that we need to pay and do not make us loose precious hours of rest. Instead of paying 3 hours later we could have paid immediately as the number of the room in the cards was exactly the same mentioned in the invoice of the breakfast two hours before.
Inso many stays in hotels during 40 years, this kind of incident never happened.
I want to state also room is not properly cleaned, towels and robes are very old, wardrobe have 3 hangers and there are only 3 very small drawers to put the clothes.

From the beginning we were mistreated right away while we were checking in. One specific staff his name starts with a K look down upon us. The reason why we chose to go on vacation is to be able to relax and have a great time with my family. We had one specific guest that was not staying with us but staying near by and we were told by The specific front desk staff the rules and regulations which i understood and respect. We had one family member as a visitor to the hotel and was given a special bracelet to wear to determine that he was only a visitor. The very next day the same front desk staff stopped us again his name starts with a K ask me to pay for his stay assuming that our guest stayed over night which he didn’t. Same thing happened in the dinning room we ask our guest visitor to join us for breakfast again there was a big commotion about me having an extra guest which i told them right when we walked into bill him under my room number. the first two days we felt that we were being watched and harassed by the staff. We booked the three bedroom unit as a family and it was not cheap at all. All we
wanted in return is to leave us alone so we can relax away from our normal life. The first two days we were bothered by the same person. Everyone else in the resort were kind to us and do their best to accommodate us with respect. The manager were no where to be found in the lobby as always they try to hide behind close door as much as they can. The manager should’ve stepped out when we were trying to resolve the issue. I ended up paying for my guess 4 night out of the 5 to stay in the hotel with us so we didn’t have to deal with the constant harassment from the front desk staff. We ended up losing money from the other hotel since we couldn’t get a refund for checking out early. It was hard to have guest despite the resort having policy that you are allowed to have one until 10pm. You can’t put a price tag to have peace during our stay so we offered to pay for his stay instead. The guess should feel comfortable and relaxed but we did not feel that way at all. I highly respect those employees who work under the management OJT to be specific they do all the work. I don’t respect the managers and front desk with the name start with K at all. They should prioritize Comfort of the guess first instead of how much money they will make from their guests. I guess paying for the 3 bedroom unit was not enough for them. Never in my life during my vacation had ever experienced such thing. We go on vacation 2x a year all over the world. I respectfully admire the staffs under the management.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was one of the worst experiences we've ever had during our travels. The service was extremely slow and inefficient, although I must mention Fernando from the restaurant, who was very helpful and kind, and Ria, the front desk manager, who tried her best to resolve issues. Apart from these two individuals, the rest of the staff was highly unprofessional.

The hotel itself is in terrible condition. The hallways, stairs, windows, and balcony glass were dirty and clearly neglected for a long time. The bathrooms were even worse – the amenities provided were of very poor quality, the grout was filthy and covered in mold, and the overall hygiene was far below acceptable standards.

The gym was an absolute nightmare. The lack of supervision led to many uncomfortable situations, especially for women. There were multiple instances where men were almost entirely undressed – working out in underwear and without shirts. They often came uncomfortably close, making me feel very uneasy. The absence of any dress code or rules in the gym is completely unacceptable.

The pools were equally disappointing – the water was murky, and there was visible mold in the pool tiles. I couldn’t imagine swimming in such conditions. On top of that, the pool bar didn’t open until 1:00 PM, which is completely impractical and disappointing for a hotel.

Breakfast was another disaster. The selection was extremely limited, with no healthy options available. There were no yogurts or plant-based milk, and all the cereals offered were heavily sweetened. The fruit selection was very poor, consisting of just two types of watermelon. The juices were made from concentrate, and basic items like waffles or pancakes were often unavailable.

The restaurant serving hours were also ridiculous, closing at 10:00 PM, which is absurd for a tourist hotel. The quality of the food was very low and certainly not worth the price.

The hotel’s surroundings didn’t help either – nearby, there were ruins, piles of trash, and shanties, creating an unpleasant and unappealing environment. To make matters worse, I even saw rats on the hotel grounds, which is absolutely unacceptable.

We’ve traveled extensively and visited many countries around the world, but this hotel was by far the worst place we’ve ever stayed. The quality was shockingly bad for the price, and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

My husband, nephew and I went to the all day restaurant for dinner at 7pm. We were the only people in there. I ordered a glass of wine which took 15 minutes to come. The men’s beer came sooner. I ordered the curry chicken. My husband ordered the Beef Escabeche, nephew had 6 pieces of chicken wings. After 30 minutes my entree showed up. I noticed it was beef and not chicken. I was hungry so I did not mention it. The rest of the meals came 10 minutes later. The beef in my dish was so tough that I had to take it out of my mouth. When they brought the rest of the meals. I told the waiter that I ordered chicken and that the beef could be chewed. He responded by saying that the chicken was frozen that’s why they brought me beef. I told him that my dinner was unexceptable and to show the chef my plate. They did not offer to remove from my invoice. So for 4 small entrees, 1 glass of wine, 1 beer and 1 coke my bill came out to $198.85 Canadian! Definitely will not being going back. I understand why restaurant was empty. BTW my husband is a professional executive chef in Canada

The staff is very friendly, very attentive. The hotel is very clean and beautiful. The breakfast is good but a little bit repetitive and it’s in a quiet area, which is nice and you can walk to section 2 if you want shops and restaurants. The beach near the hotel It’s not a beach you can swim in. It’s good for kite surfing but you will have to go to White Sand Beach if you want to go in the water which is in section 2, and it’s is about a 10 minute walk or you could take a cab which will cost you about 100 pesos. No big deal.

This is my 1st visit to Boracay and I will tell you that this
resort is an amazing place to stay. Perfectly located on
the quiet side of the Island and it is directly on the beach.
When you want the bars and busy nightlife it’s only a
15 -20 minute walk to station 1,2 or 3.

However you may not even want to leave Aqua Boracay
as it has everything such as a beautiful clear pool, nice
fitness center, spa services and beautiful rooms.

The breakfast buffet is excellent with fresh fruit and juices,
your choice of soups, several hot items, desserts and an
incredibly friendly staff. Special shout out to MAE and REDESSA and LEO at the Qtchn restaurant for their amazing service everyday at breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Nice bar area also right at beachfront with very friendly
staff. When we return to Boracay we will definitely stay
here again.

The room rate is very reasonable able for the area and
especially when daily free breakfast is included.

One item VERY important that was included in our trip
was the transfers to and from the airport. It’s especially
convenient because when you arrive at the airport in
Boracay you will need to take a taxi and then a boat to arrive at the island. By having the transfers INCLUDED
in your trip you will be expedited because a staffer
from Aqua Boracay will meet you at the airport, drive
you to the boat dock and then you will bypass the long
line of people waiting to get on the large boat. Aqua
Boracay has their own smaller boat (for about 10 people)
that quickly sped up to the island (just 10 min. trip) and then
drive us directly to the resort.

The transport staff is amazing and so friendly. Also they
will be in excellent communication with you via text, Viber,
WhatsApp on your departure date to get you back to
the airport in time for your flight.

On the day we left there was a typhoon in Manila that caused our flight to be cancelled. The transport staff
proactively contacted us to let us know this occurred
and they coordinated our transport for later that day
when we rebooked our flight.

I think you can safely say I highly recommend this resort!

Mike and Grace

Negative:
The hotel has severe problems with the way it is build.
In addition to all the noises from the outside (whose you can hear through the cheap windows) you hear every noise from the other rooms around you. 2 almost sleepless nights for us.
In addition to that, the breakfast buffet is very poor in concerns of fresh fruits and cheese / cold cuts. We have stayed for 2 weeks and there was only watermelon and pineapple (except for 2!! days), so we had to bring our own mangos.
The first room we have lived in also had severe problems with mold in the bathroom.
In the gym, only 2 out of 5 cardio devices worked properly - and there was also a strong smell of mold.

Positive:
The staff is outstanding. No matter where you are, they always have a smile on their faces and are willing to do everything to make your stay memorable.
The design of the hotel and the rooms is chic
Layout of pool is nice - you have different areas for swimmers, kids, whirlpool etc (only pain here: same music every day).
