LOCATION: - The hotel is at Station 3 so it is a little far from where the restaurants & activities are. I didn't mind since I love walking and we wanted to have a quiet time since we celebrated our anniversary when we stayed at this hotel. STAFF: - Majority of the staff are nice and friendly especially the people...

Location is okay, but it's a bit far from Station 2. Nice swimming pool (especially the pool light at night). The buffet breakfast is good. Some staffs are friendly, others are not. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Golden Phoenix Hotel.

After 3 room changes, this hotel has earned it's place in my "worst hotels" list. Yes, first room change was after a half-day argument that the air conditioning did not work. The second change was due to a suitcase (clothes included) and bed full of biting ants! Beyond the changes, the beds were as hard as cement, they charged for...

The hotel exterior seems not bad but the room condition is like a 2* hotel. The bed is stiff and wifi is not working. Breakfast has limited choice and everyday is the same. Location however is good for noisy level as is not near Station 2
