I want to start off with what's good about the hotel - Amazing and Friendly Customer Service (all around) - Rooms are extremely spacious (almost too much) - Beachside and beautiful sunset (cannot beat this, however, there is a lot of algae along this coast, not sure if it's seasonal or not) - Great breakfast So here is the negative...

I stayed at this resort last year and wrote an excellent review on my return home. Have booked the resort once again this year for a 2 week stay rather than the 8 days last year, I had high expectations on what I expected. Well all I can say is that my expectations were more than met, there were exceeded....

The rooms above the restaurant are the BEST! Clean and Spacious! It was so nice having the view and being able to go down to order coffee, drinks, snacks and food and step right into the beach w/out having to walk much. The pool is beautiful and their beachfront is so clean. The staff are very professional, friendly, and polite....

First of all is i'd like to compliment their staffs, they warm friendly as ever, most of them are really approachable we don't have any problem approaching and telling them what our needs are. Then breakfast was delicious and is super filling. The newly renovated pool was surely amazing too but the most enjoyable part is that the sunset in...

Stayed here for two evenings and as some of the other reviewers had mentioned, the location of this resort is it's biggest plus. It's in station 1, which means it's away from all the nightlife which could get very loud in the evenings. It's also away from the restaurants and shops so it's pretty much away from the day crowd...

Staying at Boracay Newcoast for our Valentines celebration and decided to enjoy Boracay's white beach for the day. Ambassador had a consumable of Php 1,500 per person if you want to hang out on their side of the beach. We had a great time as the beach was so dreamy. Other guests enjoying were a plus at it sets us...

Our room is just toward to the beach. Clean and big room for a family. It is quiet and nice on the beach. The customer services are enthusiastic and warm welcome when we arrived even return to the airport. But the swimming pool is a little bit small.

This hotel is well located by a superb beach, customer service was efficient, room cleaniness also very good. The only downfall was the buffet breakfast. Cooked local dishes were limited. More attention and investment in the buffet breakfast is a must.

Not impressed. The rooms are old. Service not friendly. The resort next door the Henann Prime Resort is real nice. Both resorts are a bit far from town and require a 15 to 20 minute walk down the beach. Not like Thailand or Malaysia where you can rent a scooter.
