We arrived the hotel november 15th and were supposed to be staying there for one week. Judging from the pictures we saw online we were looking forwards living at this nice hotel. First of all- it's far far away from everything, there's not even a shop in walking distance. They have scheduled shufflebus to and from D'mall, and will not...

This hotel is a fair way off the beach (15 minute shuttle ride) although the hotel does offer a free shuttle whilst we were there it ran between 9am and 10pm from the hotel and 915 and 1015 from dmall. The hotel looks a little tired and they were doing some restoration work whilst we were there but our rooms...

We took the honeymoon suite..room design was average..had a private pool which was sufficient. Housekeeping was horrible, not refurnishing our 2 mineral water bottles per/day quota. A bit late to clean the room too. The breakfast buffet was below average, late in topping up. Hourly shuttle to D'Mall was pleasant and timely too. Main swimming pool was a bit dirty...

Situated away from the noise and bustle of White Beach the hotel is undergoing some renovation, but the willingness of Mr Elsa, the Manager, and his team, especially M J to give their guests a great service was a breath of fresh air. Good pool, nice gardens , good breakfast and excellent housekeeping and transport service. On two evenings we...

Good room with private pool, however the pool is just for view and not for swim! You won't swim there as it is damn cold because there is a roof there. Also there are lots of fly dead inside the pool...I don't think you will swim there. The room is big enough and nice. Also the price is not too...

We booked a room on a promo site about hotels and fell in love with the features we saw, what got are attentuon was the featured private pool, inside your room! The staff was accomodating, food is so-so, the room is big enough and they also provided my special request. One thing, the private pool in our room is not...

Pros: - Staff were excellent and there appears to be a good in-house training program in place. - Views are awesome, both from rooms and from the outdoor areas around the pool - Staying up on the hill away from the main beach area provides a rest from the crowds, noise etc and also some cooling breezes - Puka beach...

Our room was great, used the private pool a lot. The main pools (3) were also nice but would benefit from some shady areas around them. The pool bar was in a state of disrepair and there was ugly scaffold around one building. I imagine it will look a lot nicer once renovations are complete but got the feeling work...
