This hotel is one of the reasons why I considered going to Boracay, I found out that they just reopened and was offering a very affordable price. I was so excited about this because honestly, I could never afford a luxury hotel like this, so I immediately grabbed the opportunity, their discounted offer was still a bit pricey compare to my regular budget, but man o man it was WORTH EVERY PENNY ★
Let me start off with the rooms, we booked a deluxe room but was greeted with a surprise when we were upgraded to premium (Oh yes!), the room had a partial sea/pool view room but for me, it was just the perfect view. We entered the room and we were just in awe, it was very spacious, it was very clean, very high end, and luxurious vibes indeed. The room was complete with toiletries, robes, umbrella, all sorts of towels, glasses for brushing teeth, drinking, tea--ing.. fridge, complimentary tea/coffee, and electric kettle, everything in there already exceeded my expectations.
All their rooms are already inclusive of breakfast (plated, no buffet coz' ya know pandemic is waving), a choice of American, Continental or Filipino, I've tried all! and they're all great! ofc the most "sulit" would be the Filipino breakfast. Very importantly the make or break for me would be the coffee, and they did not disappoint, you have it brewed or Iced, and is also refillable (I wanna live here).
The facilities for me are just like added features, like a bonus. coz you're in Boracay you went there for the beach, that's where you're supposed to spend all your time at. but "NAY NAY, NAY NAY," said Hennan, "Imma show you what you're missing". Their pools are amazing, we spend half of the day on the pools then half on the beach, they clean their pools daily, you can only swim on the beach until 6pm, so if you're "bitin" or want more the pools are open until 7pm.
Now, this is what made this hotel a 5★ experience, their service/the staff, the heart and soul of every hotel. We were greeted warmly by Kura Greg and helped us with our bags, at the front desk we met Kathrina, Aila, and Jira who was very polite and easy to deal with since we have special requests regarding our rooms and they were very accommodating, then Kuya Greg leads the way to our rooms, ensuring that we are fully settled before leaving us.
Now came the breakfast club, each and every request made, every hand raised we were serviced and assisted immediately by the wonderful staff, Ray, Gerlie, Rhenalyn, Jocel, Ronel, and Aldrin were some of the names I remembered that serviced and assisted us. Kudos to all of you.
Overall this experience makes me want to come back, for I know that whatever I paid for will be worth every penny.

We stayed for 3nights in this resort during their reopening since they have the cheapest rate compared to other 5 star resorts in the Island.
The moment we stepped in we can really feel the positive vibes, very clean resort.You can check some photos to ensure that safety of each guests including staff are on top priority. UVC sanitized room sticker, UVC box for key cards, sanitized pens, social distancing signages and free sanitation kit.
Availing a super discounted rate for (75% off) with a 5 star service and elaborate health safety protocols makes us WOW!
One of the best experience and stunning property at Station 1.

I have a great stay in Henann Prime last February 18-22. I must say that this is the best Henann and the beach is relaxing and perfect for bumming. The staffs are very friendly, they even offer to taped my broken luggage when they noticed it is broken. The reception attendees are very welcoming as well; I don't get their names cause I am not so good at remembering names. The security even guides us crossing from one wing to another wing which I think too much, but of course, thank you!
The overall aesthetic of the hotel is superb, I like the minimalist vibes on the exterior with the white and blue palette. The room we reserve is just a deluxe room but it was spacious and clean; it even has a bathtub. You can definitely see the pattern of the exterior and the room that it is a Henann Hotel. I think they have this trademark already.
The Breakfasts were also good for the complimentary breakfast and you can enjoy your meal with the great beach view. We almost spend an hour eating breakfast because of the view. I hope they can offer a happy hour rate for their drinks, so guests can enjoy sipping while watching the sunset.
One thing I want them to improve is for the gym usage to be free and include that as amenities. Guest needs to pay 300 PHP for gym usage. I am not sure if they just remove these amenities as free because their daily rate is very low.
Overall, I must say this is one of the best beach resorts in Boracay. The price is reasonable with the prime location as stated in their name. The service is prime as well. We got this at a good price so I am not complaining. And BTW, I am a very satisfied guest, and I am coming back!!!! Booked Henann Prime for my next trip this March and in May.

We always try to visit Boracay atleast once every year and every time, we choose to stay in Henann Prime - especially now in the new normal. They’ve adapted well to the new normal: Airport and port transfers observed right protocols, rooms are sanitized (with uvc stickers at the door to make you feel more at ease that your room is surely clean and safe) and all staff wear shield and mask. Location is great, heart of station 1 beachfront + my room is spacious with balcony and tub = perfect r&r stay after that looooong lockdown. Staying for 8 nights here and would definitely stay again next year :)

Me and my family had a great time! The rooms were elegant, clean and comfy, they come with hot and cold tap/shower/bathtub, hair dryer, personal safe, electric kettle, personal ref, smart TV and complimentary WiFi was fast and stable enough for online meetings. We tried the premium beach wing 2nd floor room with a pool view balcony for our first couple of nights stay then upgraded to a room with direct pool access for the remaining couple of nights.
Easy access to both the main road and the beach. They have their own conveniece store inside the hotel that's open up untill 12am. Several small but very fast elevatorsand two swimming pools. .
All the Hennan Prime Hotel and restaurant staff were very nice and helpful. Security guards were always ready to assist you in crossing the street or getting a ride.
Thanks to Caroline from the front desk for our smooth check-in. The restaurant manager Marty and operations manager Keevin for allowing food arrangements for my wife, and also to Jozhua Gormino for taking a photos of us at the Sea Salt restaurant during our breakfast buffet.
The restaurant food was excellent and the food variety was great, they also made sure to serve something new every morning.
Fresh drinking water from the restaurant is available anytime and served to you while you enjoy sitting at their lounge chairs by the beach.
Two thumbs up and kudos to all the Hennan Prime staff!

I booked Henann Prime for our weeklong family vacation to celebrate my husband’s birthday and our 25th wedding anniversary based on previous reviews I read which were relatively good. I booked 2 adjacent rooms with direct pool access. This included a daily buffet breakfast. Let’s start there. The sausages were always half cooked. The coffee either too bitter or watered down. There was one day during our stay when my omelette had egg shells in it. The rest of the food were average; unremarkable but pricey. After the first day, we decided to eat elsewhere for the rest of our stay. The electronic door lock kept malfunctioning and it was such an inconvenience having to ask for assistance to get into our room each and every time. We would need to go over to the front desk which was across the street to get assistance. There wasn’t even a house phone at the lobby of the beach wing. Lastly, the mini fridge in the room froze everything you put in it even when the food is not inside the small freezer. I filled the glass pitcher they provided with water and put it in the fridge so we can have cold drinking water anytime. The ref froze it and the glass broke and they made me pay for it. They charged me Php 500 for that pitcher which costs a little over Php 100 at any mall in Manila. Lastly, no swimming before 8 am and after 8 pm even for those in the rooms with direct pool access. Since our days are spent doing island activities, we barely had time to enjoy the pool. It defeated the whole purpose of getting a room with direct pool access.

Me and my Parents stayed for 4 Days and 3 nights here in Hennan Prime Beach Resort here in Boracay. I did not expect such a wonderful service. The facilities/rooms are great, Staffs are very accommodating and very hospitable in their approach. Specially the Resto Bar below the hotel in which you will experience a live acoustic band in dinner time as well as a dance number from the staff there. Food is great and the ambiance specially a very convenient location were you can walk 5 minutes or less from your room to the beach itself. All in all, Very excellent experience and would recommend this Hotel to my friends.

Rey and Jomar are the epitome, look up the word "courteous" these guys will be in the center of the Henann Prime staff picture! Rey and Jomar went out of their way to see to our needs. I'm having troubles adjusting to the weather, and hot calamansi was helping with my troubles. They ran out of calamansi juice and Jomar personally went to the kitchen and fresh squeezed some for me! That's courteous customer service!!!

We booked 3x Deluxe main road rooms with pool access for our family of 6. The rooms are located behind the beach just cross the unpaved road to go across. The buffet breakfast very ordinary with only apples/watermelon for the fruit selection. The resort has 150 rooms but only 20 day beds available on the beach. First come/first serve basis! The guy making the omelette cooks the vegetables raw including the eggs each time. You have to request for replacement soap every day of your stay. Very ordinary!

Stayed here for 6 days. Rooms are good. Enjoyed the hot shower. The beach beds felt secured even if you have to leave your personal belongings as you head out for a swim with the guard always checking. Best part of the resort is the service. The staff is very attentive especially in those days they have shifted to a plated breakfast which can be chaotic with the different demands from guests.
Just didn’t like the beach towel card. Sure it works tracking the towels but cheapens the experience. The in-house Sea Salt Restaurant feels non-existent except for breakfast.
For a “Prime” branding, I have expected more and I would be disappointed if I have paid the normal room rate for such property. The nearby hotels such as Sur and White House are more value for money.
But the promo rate made Henann Prime a better hotel in its offering.
