We had fun staying here in tides hotel during the 2nd ECQ in manila. The staff and even the OM gave us an extend promo discount for staying another 4 nights because our flight were canceled. Eventhough some shops, restaurants and cafes were closed we appreciated the hospitality of this hotel. The best thing we like about this hotel is the gym, its clean and they have many equipments. Will definitely reccomend this hotel.

I always visit the Tides Hotel whenever I am in Boracay, especially when they reopened after the lockdown. The staff are courteous and superb customer service.
The Tide"s Pelican Rooftop Bar is my go to place , enjoy acoustic nights while having unlimited wine, and mongolian dinner at a very affordable price.
One will have tons of good photos with its instagramable interiors! Can't wait to visit Tides again very soon!

We had a very pleasant stay at The Tides Hotel Boracay. Our travel dates were originally scheduled last September 2021 but due to changes in the level of community quarantine restrictions, we had to move our travel date. The Tides Hotel was very accommodating with that request. They are very responsive through e-mail and would also call if they needed to clarify requests. All of our requests were accommodated as well - rooms that were side by side ( we got 3 rooms), request for twin beds on each room, rooms in the upper floor to get better signal since we have work in the morning in some days we were there. The hotel staff were also very nice and warm, would always greet us in the hallway, and would immediately respond to the needs of the customers. Room has decent size and basic amenities are provided. Location is perfect! It is in the heart of D'Mall so everything is just walking distance and within reach. Thank you, Tides Hotel Boracay, for a very pleasant stay. Stay safe!

We love going to Ka-on, the Tides rooftop restaurant. Aside from the wonderful ambiance, their Mongolian Buffet is easy on the pocket and so delicious. They also have happy hour until 8pm and acoustic music to accompany your sumptuous dinner.

Tides surprised us with a colorful rooftop bar/restaurant. Nice staff. Clean rooms. Good food. Thanks to the staff. Spa service was good too.
Station 2 at that time was filled with people/tourists so we walked to Station 1 for less crowd.

Beware! If you book this hotel through Expedia you will not be able to obtain a refund if something comes up and you are unable to travel. We phoned 30 days in advance and neither Expedia nor The Tides Hotel would grant a refund. So we loss $960 USD.

* The hotel does not provide clear rates (in the 10-minutes I spoke to their front-desk officer, he'd given me three different rates for the Same Travel Dates)

* Tides Hotel Does Not Honor Senior Citizen / PWD discounts on the room and extra person rates. They said it is due to "current promo rates" that they already had for our travel dates. Even though when asked if the promo was covered by a DTI Permit, they could not provide any proof of this - which "DTI clarified that double discounting will apply only for discounts and promotions covered by a DTI permit." under R.A. 9994

Hi Crisel! Thank you for your feedback. Upon checking with our Reservations Manager, we have already given you a very discounted rate on our rooms and indeed we have honored the SC and PWD discounts despite the initial rates being a promo rate. However, we are still waiting for the complete copies of the IDs of your companions (front and back), which our Reservations Manager have already requested, but did not get a reply yet. You may kindly send the back copies of the IDs so we can finish the transaction and book the rooms under your name :) We hope this clarifies everything. Thank you.

The room is cool and can really accommodate 4 people! Was assisted by very friendly staff, one of them is Jeson who has the friendliest tone of voice, well all of them are friendly. The place is very accessible since it’s in the center of the island. Very near to all spots and restaurants. I love the rooftop pool as well and they offer the cheapest happy hour for only 99 pesos starting 5pm-9pm.

The rooftop restaurant of the hotel called Ka-on, is one of our fave chill out place. It is also where I bring families and friends who come visit me for dinner & entertainment. I will make a reservation thru their Front Office if we are a big group so it’s hassle-free, their FO are all so nice and approachable & takes care of my needs. Worth mentioning is there mango ice box dessert, i love it! you should try it too!

We did not get the package which included the breakfast buffet. We opted to have breakfast somewhere else. However, I think it is 550 pesos or so. We checked it the next morning though, after we arrived and it is the usual breakfast choices you see in most places.
