The people who run the hotel are especially accomodating for whatever you desire. Wish the roosters nearby were further from the hotel so you couldn't hear them. It would be ideal if the lounges had beach service & were placed as per guests request. The restaurant should have a more varied menu. The upper deck wasn't open during our visit.

its really a big and nice room with big bed and wide bathroom, also, a balcony near the beach. We had complementary snacks upon arrival. Our rooms have free breakfast. The staff are accommodating. Its a 10-meter walk to the beach, the sands are so fine and water is clear. Generally, the hotel is very nice, cheaper and near the... More

We went last year, Sept 2011. It's in the quiet area of the island. Great for people who want to relax and get away from party noises. Most rooms have a beach view and the beach is just wonderful. We stayed in Punta Mare ($114/night including brekky) room. Very nice and comfy. Big room like a small apartment with balcony... More

This place is amazing! When we booked the Punta Cielo room, we were surprised at how beautiful it was. The pictures didn't do the room justice. It had a spa-like, luxurious feel with an amazing open bathroom and huge balcony. I was skeptical at first about an open/outdoor bathroom but it is actually very private. I felt like I was... More

Thank you very much for your nice comments. Finally we were able to get rid of all the cocks nearby. We were able to convince our neighbor who owns the fighting cocks to move them somewhere very far from us. Thanks again! Punta Rosa Management More

A very nice and beautiful furnished hotel at the end of the beach (quiet beach part). All rooms are different. Most of the rooms have a beach view ranged from limitted to fantastic. From the breakfast terrace you have an amazing view. This could be a nice place to stay in Boracay because it is located in one of the quietest (within Boracay's limits) and best parts of the beach (although it doesn't have a beach front as such, the beach is just a few steps away), staff are accomodating and helpful (which is a rarity), the rooms are spacious and reasonably... Just returned from our holiday on Boracay Island and felt I should let others know of the qualities of the hotel...the hotel was recommended to us and we stayed in the Punta Mare room.
