I would give it a higher rating. When we stayed there the restaurant/bar was not open so we have to buy our own food from the outside also water bottles. Although the staff were very nice and accommodating. My kids love the swimming pool. The unit we stayed in, house#4, is comfortable. The internet is out of range from the... More

I was here with my girlfriends about year ago but still the experience of staying in this resort still haunts me to come back. They have a great ambiance, the facilities is superb and staff are all friendly and very accommodating. Together with my girlfriends, we booked for a tour package that allowed us to experience a very worthwhile stay... More

We were there in january 2014, before going to El Nido and the Underground river. Its a quiet, green, tropical place in the middle of Puerto Princessa. You can go everywhere in the city with à tricycle. It feels really safe. They have their own massagebusiness. Its also à place to go with kids, because there is à really nice swimmingpool.... More

This is the resort where we spent a night stay before heading our way to El Nido further north of the capital. Most of the hotels/resorts in Puerto Princesa can easily be found in the town proper, but this one is situated on a somewhat obscure location that is a bit of a distance from the main road. To avoid... More

We Stayed at kawayanan resort in Puerto prinsesca, Palawan, Filippinerne for 2 nights january 2014. We highly recommend this place: very helpful owner and staff. Good price, ok rooms and nice swimmingpool. Lene, Torben, Maja og Kristian og Nanna, Denmark. A short tricycle ride to shopping center. A good place to stay before or after El Nido and Sabang

Didn't enjoy my stay here at all. There were numerous reasons why. The reort is in the suburbs of the city and not a great location - you have to get a trike to go anywhere and everywhere (trikes are my least favourite mode of transport in the whole world as they are incredibly uncomfortable for tall or large or... Me and my Family already been at Kawayanan Resort twice because of great value on what you paid for. the resort has huge swimming pool that you will enjoy after a long trip from Underground river or from your Honda Bay tour. One thing we also love being here is that you can buy whatever you want at the market... More

We visited PP as a first stop in touring the island of Palawan. We were greeted by Azzure at the airport (he waited close to 2 hours for us due to our flight being delayed). He was very friendly. Getting close to the resort, I felt very apprehensive as you drive through small streets and the shacks that line them... More

We just left the place today. Very warm and friendly, especially their manager Ms. Mahal and their staff Marigold. They made sure our requests are taken cared for. They arranged for our tours and we had so much fun. The place is very relaxing but yes the mosquitoes can be bothersome. The location is a bit problematic since the street... More

This is not a 5-star nor does it look anything close to a regular resort (for a westerner). However, the resort seems quaint and authentic. Rooms are average to possibly smaller than average. A/C in each room is a blessing in the skies. However, room service does turn them off during the day if you leave the resort. That means... More
