Jams Pension House was very clean. The towels and beddings were soft, clean and fragrant. The room was very clean. Breakfast was delicious and affordable. The staff were courteous and friendly. It was quiet and peaceful. The view from our room was magnificent. I will stay here when I return to Palawan. Good job!

When you read bad reviews, believe them. I tried to ignore the reviews and give this place a chance, but I totally regret it. Luckily, we only had to stay for a night. It's far from the city proper. Phone numbers provided cannot be reached. They were supposed to arrange transportation from the airport to the hotel but since there...

We got to the hotel around 8 in the evening. We couldn't reach the hotel on their phone, cause the phone number on their site is wrong. They have free airport shuttle, but since we couldn't reach them we needed to take a tricycle. Luckily they paid the tricycle bill for us. They were really nice at first, but then...

We looked for this place like half an hour considering we already have waze to guide us. There was no signaige from the road that is visible. A very dark path before we reach the place. The room is okay. Aircondition worked fine until the room felt a little warm. With hot&cold shower, but little water came from the shower...

perfect for backpackers and budget travellers! Staff are super nice and very kind! With free breakfast and coffee. You could also ask them to cook for you or you will cook. It's like you are just in your home. 15 minutes ride to the centro. Enjoyed our stay!

They provide free airport shuttles, which is quite helpful, considering this hotel is way out of centre. The tuk-tuks will charge you anywhere from 15 pesos per person to 50 pesos per ride to get you to the city centre. The breakfast is really simple - includes one serving of Filipino rice, 1 fried egg and 1 cup of coffee....

I had some problems with my finances upon arrival, and the owner's daughter accompanied me to a local bank. I am really grateful and it was really helpful of them. Also the place itself is quite clean and the price/worth ratio is quite decent. I would recommend it to the ones on tight budget :)

had a lovely two days here with my daughter and her friend. Belle and apple (staff) were so very helpfull. Arranged for transport to El Nedo where we did the famous underwater river . Breakfast could be improved with inclusion of bread as opposed to daily rice and maybe some fruit. View from top of building really lovely. Rooms basic...
