El Nido was our first port of call in Palawan. We arrived at the airport with no hotel transfer but easily found transportation into the township. The bike rider dropped us off and pointed in the direction of Cadlao. There could probably be some additional signage as we walked along the beach to a small path around the side of...

You just can't beat the view! And great snorkeling right out from the resort beach. There is no sand beach, only rocks, but this was fine as we got enough beach time through our daily jaunts outside the resort. The location was a 15 minute walk from town, but I liked that it was out of the hustle and bustle....

We stayed for 10 nights at Cadlao Resort. It was a pleasure. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We ate almost every meal during our time in El Nido at the Cadlao Resort restaurant. The food was fantastic. There is a beautiful view of Cadlao island from the resort. And the swimming pool was a perfect temperature. The rooms...

Overall we had a fantastic time with amazing views of Cadlao Island and surrounds. In the Philippines, even though point A to point B is a walking distance, it is always better to take a tuk tuk or public transport directly to the place due to heat and exhaustion. We had to walk a fair bit with heavy luggage and...

We were impressed by this resort. There was electricity (including air conditioning) all day and night (a lot of hotels do not offer this). The resort staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable. The resort is set a little far off El Nido town, but it only took 10 minutes to walk in....

We had the resort pick us up at the El Nido airport for 200PHP. The person came right on time. We reserved the pool view bungalow. We were two bungalows from the beach. We had wonderful view from our room and porch. There was also a pool a few steps from our room. The room was comfortable with a fan...

We spent 5 days in the resort and enjoyed our stay a lot. It's a well kept small resort, with beautiful views, quiet atmosphere and nice villas. We liked that it is a walking distance from the village, close to walk but far from its noise. It's a bit pricy but probably is the best accommodation in the village if...

To be honest I was a bit worried reading the reviews about the quality of the hotel and service however I found it was a lovely stay and believe me it's hard to impress me. We found the receptionists welcoming and very helpful. They explained the wifi would be poor due to the lack of signal in Palawan in general...
