After booking this hotel, ahead of our stay we were a bit alarmed at what we were reading in the negative reviews. We can say that we did not experience anything but excellent, helpful service during our stay. Yes, the tips are true that you need to ensure you book the hotel tricycle to ensure you can access the resort...

To venture to El Nido is quite a long journey- approx 6 hours in a van. We stayed a tiny bit further out from the main stretch of town, and we were very glad with our decision. Cadlao offers beautiful views of El Nido Bay Area, especially at breakfast - it was so lovely to wake up and see such...

the resort is beautiful especially garden that is well thought out in every detail with beautiful flowers palm trees and stone decorations. We stayed in the new part, which felt extra luxurious and fresh. The pool was wonderful and a very good place to relax a day before El Nido adventure

Cadlao offers nicely appointed rooms in manicured gardens away from the hustle and bustle of town. The staff are friendly but not especially proactive - if you ask the right questions you'll get the right answers but don't expect too much help. The wifi was very unreliable, but that isn't a deal breaker for me. Be aware that the road...

Positives: Beautiful hotel on the water on Caalan Beach. Was lovely to eat breakfast each day looking at the cliffs and water. Restaurant food was delicious and well priced for the view and the taste! Great service from waitstaff too. The infinity pool was lovely. Booked Tour A with the hotel and it was fantastic. Only ended up being 8...

Room was nice, very clean and quite. Hotel is 10 minutes away from the main road by tricycle and 15 minutes by walking. Their WiFi connection in the Resort is intermittent and really slow and has 100mbps speed consumable for only one day. They are using Pocket Wifi's for the access points. The Front Desk staff especially the lady supervisor and...

So it's 5:30am, 24th December, on the morning after our first night. I'm writing this while it's fresh in my head. Also because I've woken early and the internet voucher has expired / invalid. I'm actually hoping I won't have to post this as hoping things get better. But by the fact you can see this review you can guess...

Had a great stay despite some initial setbacks. We had originally booked incorrect dates, which was a genuine error on my part. Hotel refused to change the dates, or provide a refund or any sort of compensation as the hotel was booked through an external website. Was also advised the dates I wanted were booked out. Somehow a couple of...

This place was breathtaking. The resort overall was fantastic. We ate breakfast there almost everyday and never had a bad meal. The staff was able to charter a private boat for us to take out to the lagoons, to snorkel and enjoy an awesome lunch on a private island. Make sure you arrange for a trike to pick you up...

Our overall stay at the Cadlao Resort was good. The rooms are very clean. The hotel has extra services as complementary tricycle rides to the town. Breakfast is very nice for filipino standards. Only thing is that some of the staff is not friendly, I even heard someone be rude to an other guest. I think the price quality rate...
