We had a very nice stay here end of Nov 2016. The owner Elma is lovely, and very attentive. She can arrange island hopping trips departing directly in front of the hotel. We stayed in a decent-sized bungalow with a private bathroom. Water pressure was very low so we had to fill the bathroom bucket and bathe with the scoop...

We are a couple that arrived to el Nido looking for a comfortable and clean room and we found it in Kalinga, all that we found in this range of accomodation was really expensive in low season. Although in el Nido all seems always high season! Elma, the woman who runs the place was wonderful and she provided us everything...

Basic bungalows and breakfast. Clean and the shower worked. For lunch and dinner you best walk or tricycle to town. Nearby restaurant Antonio was disappointing. Some shops closeby were you find almost everything. The beach is not that clean but sitting on the terrace uou have a nice view. Mss Elma is kind and helpful.

I would recommend this place only for backpackers or people who are used to stay in very Basic hotels. The bungalows are old and worned out. Cockroach, ants and mosquitos in our room - but this could happen anywhere in the Philippines so we were not shocked. Breakfast very Basic. The view is amazing and a great place to see...

This resort is very remote. About 20 mins. Away from the centre. You need a special tricycle to get through a very narrow path. Ordinary tricycles wont go in so it is a pain if you have loads of luggages, traveling with kids and elderly. And they only have one of this transport motor. You have a nice sunset view...

We booked a last minute to stay in El Nido and as such could only get a room here for two nights but would have happily have stayed longer. The rooms have basic decor but are clean and comfortable, we had a family room as this is all that was available at the time and the veranda had a lovely...

I was sent to the emergency room and canceled within hours of the deadline of full refund cancellation policy. After months of back and forth sending in my emergency room visit documentation, they won't refund me. They have finally offered a credit within the next 9months. I won't stay here if someone paid me. Talk about lack of sympathy! I'm...

This hidden gem is good value for money and has beautiful views. It has a nice family feel about it and the owner is always willing to help, even if it's not with a smile. The rooms are basic, but the beds are quite comfy. We stayed in a bungalow room so it only had a fan and did get...

Situated in Calaan beach, just 10 mins walk from El Nido, this place is much quiter but still convenient to the town, and it's well organized with comfortable rooms and good food served on a beautiful terrace by the sea. Last, Kalinga is all about Elma, the owner, that is extremely kind and helps to arrange any requests from island...

I booked this hotel via Agoda and paid about 5600Php for nights. The resort was large but the equipment was very old. For example, the air-conditioner was noisy (like a truck or even a train passing), the heater could not give any hot water, there was no restaurant, etc. I did not know whether such problems were common in El...
