14 days stay at this resort, the experience was overall quite pleasant. PROS 1. Very well trained staff. Anna, Jane and Eddie (as well as the others) were all keen to please and make our stay as enjoyable as possible. 2. Comfy and spacious room 3. Lovely pool, gym...we tried the game room but nobody was available for guidance so did not stay. 4. Great beach and scenery. 5. Internet accessible everywhere...however frequent power cuts during the day so was inconveniencing while working from home. 6. Cocktails at the bar were delicious! CONS 1. Room cleaning every 4 days only should be disclosed at booking not upon arrival. I personnally dont go on holidays (esp. With a kid) to do housekeeping, Covid or not. 2. Limited staffing so one must be patient. 3. Lack of variety in food offering (except around weekends with buffet as number of guests increase). Luckily, 2 restaurants were opened nearby at Lio beach. 4. While kayaks were freely available, that was about it...so for paddle board surf board, snorkel equipment and the likes bring your own! 5. Tours booking...there seems to be a monopoly of 2-3 tours agencies but not much flexibility on when you can actually book/join a tour. Thanks to Anna, i could at least do one of the lagoon tours on our last day..this however could have been better...…

Got engaged here and the staff was the most helpful ever. We had a beach dinner set up and the staff were amazing in customizing and making sure that everything was perfect. We had it done sunset on the lio beach 😊

it's my first time in El Nido! and i was super super happy with everything esp to Seda Lio for being so warm, mindful and took the extra extra mile to make us feel safe in our entire stay!! will definitely come back!! Kudos to all the Staff!!

The place was nice and relaxing and people there were so accommodating. The service is excellent too. This is a perfect short getaway from work and urban life. Time to see whats nature can offer and experience its abundance.

After 1 year in lockdown, this hotel really satisfied my urge for a relaxing vacation. Location was quite secluded, perfect if you're looking to disconnect from a busy place. If you are looking for other dining options, restaurants are walking distance from the hotel. You can also request for a shuttle if you want. 5 star for the staff, very accommodating. Even if they have a lot of trainees, still exceeded expectation. Would have been a perfect score if they had bidets in the toilets. :D
