I came to this hotel, and also a bit fooled by Tripadvisor reviews. There are some positive things when I came here such as: -Hotel rather new, ambience of this hotel is just comfy because it has a garden. -Location is very very strategic and convenient , very close to Jalan Malioboro, located in Sosrowijayan, and not too far from...

Hotel Location is around of the most famous street in Jogjakarta, malioboro street. Easy access, just a couple hundred meters from Tugu Train Station. If you wanna get special culinary of Jogja, You just need to walk into it. They provide breakfast, but unfortunately they didn't has delicious menus. No lift, bad wifi signal.

I stayed at the hotel as a solo traveller. The worthy thing about the hotel is the location which is very near to the infamous Jln Malioboro where varied stuffs are sold. However, on the day of my arrival I had problem communicating with the receptionist as he was talking fast in Indonesian language; though I understand but as a...

Spend 2 nights in this hotel, I had lil uncomfortable experience. First, the room that we got had a bad smell (smoke), room was small and the bathroom lil bit dirty. But, the location is very accessible from malioboro Street.

this is my 3rd stay at this hotel. It is located just off Jalan Malioboro. Very good location for shopping, eateries, bars. the hotel is clean and the service is good. Breakfast is buffet and you have local and western. simple but ample.

The hotel is really clean, the room was nice and the staff helpfull although their english was not that good. Wifi only in the reception area. Hotel has no lift so getting the luggage up to the 3rd floor was a challenge. I would stay here again.

We came to this hotel without booking it first. Just gambling to find a vacant room and fortunately 1 room still available when we're coming there. Location near to Malioboro just a walk around 5 minutes. Simple breakfast but there was an egg station which is nice. Room not too big but it's clean and comfy.

Very strategic location, only couple meters from malioboro street. But no wifi in the room, and no elevator. I had to take stairs to my room at 3rd level, bringing all my heavy bags by myself. The breakfast was fair.

Hotel doesn't have lift, so its hard to take big luggage to the third floor. The breakfast meal will only serve one time, means they don't refill the meal after its gone- its gone. Anything else is fine. Its a budget hotel, what do you expected?

“Set your air con on dry mode, it helps with the (very bad) smell. Rooms on second floor get wi-fi and I heard that they don't smell as bad. But unless you really have to stay at the hotel, DON'T. It's not worth it!”
