Great location and very friendly stuff, the rooms are quiet dark, with some paintings on the wall, but they are clean and with a quiet modern interior! Beautiful courtyard and terrace for eating breakfast or just relaxing! Breakfast is ok, tried some banana pancakes, which were really good! Some great restaurants on the same street!

I stayed at this hotel when I was in Yogyakarta. It is located conveniently in the centre of town, the rooms are clean and the staff are very friendly. I would stay again and definitely recommend to others.

We stayed two nights at 1001 and, overall, really enjoyed our experience. The staff is nice and helpful, the breakfast is solid yet not outstanding (although it is delivered to your room in the morning), and the location is right near Malioboro and the Tugu train station (so you can take the train from the airport and not get ripped...
