Look the island is beautiful - without a doubt. However the villas are in urgent need of up grading. No fresh water showers and very basic food offerings. I just passed by today October 9th on my way back from a neighboring island and it looks like they're renovating. I will definitely pop back to see if it has improved.... More

I came here twice in august and September 2016. For me the place is offer the uniqueness for those who want to spend time faraway from metropolitan cities like Jakarta. The place is very quite and you can see beautiful beach around the resort. I came to sepa island for diving practice, offers several dive site nearby. Pulau Matahari, pulau... More

Beautiful island with nice diving spots. The good was subpar and the rooms are rundown. However the island is clean, kinda like a bounty island and is great for escaping Jakarta. The prices for booking are okay. Only minor detail was that they depart from Ancol which requires extra entrance fees...

This place is the 2nd island I have visited amongst many islands in the thousand islands. But this one is a resort, different to the other island I just visited a month back, which was an island with natives. As a resort I found the rooms or cottages are categorizes as standard. But based on my friends' stories, this resort... More

The island is very nice with white sand around it. We even have the chance to see a komodo dragon. The things that I don't like is the island is too small, and the water is not fully plain water. You can still taste the salt. And i think the peice isn't worth it. We paid 4million rupiah for 2... More

A substantial boat trip to the Island, about 90 minutes from Ancol Harbour. Large "bus style" speed boat (see photo) poorly ventilated. No real view out the window either, as the seats are low and a bit cramped for a 6'4'' guy. Wife was a little motion sick, so she travelled outside on the very small back deck area amongst... More
