My title say it all: this my worst experience regarding staying in a hotel. I even had to moved to another hotel after just one night, although I have booked for 2 nights. From location point of view, this hotel has a great location due to its closeness to malls and attractions. The exterior of this hotel is pretty convincing too with office-like exterior. I arrive at this hotel and park my car at the basement, which is dark and shady. The basement also have limited space. Then security greet me, just to collect parking fee, and I need to pay it full according to my 2 nights plan (geez!). The fee is 5k IDR/night, so I ended pay 10k. Going to the lobby, I can feel the old and gloomy vibes of this hotel, and also it is not really a nice and neat hotel. Sofas at the lobby, but also you can they pile up some supplies at the corner of the lobby. Lobby also not very well air conditioned. Check in was so-so, but deposit of 250k IDR is ridiculous for a small hotel like this. During this Covid-19 situation, health protocol is not implemented correctly. Guest entering the hotel without temperature check and hand sanitizer only available at receptionist. Hotel put some sign that guests have to use mask in hotel area, but ridiculously none of the hotel staff use masks! Therefore I think that the sanitation of the hotel due to Covid-19 will also not be performed well to the rooms and other public area. After check in I proceed to my room at 6th floor, just to find my room card didn't work I go back to reception, and this staff girl casually only took their master card and open my room without actually fix my room card. At later time, I complained it again, and they took their machine to update my room's door sensor. The room was good at first sight, but after I check it some problems found. The electric saver (the one you put your card to turn on the light) didn't work, when I took the card, the electricity is still on. No security latch at the door. The door bell doesn't work. Cleanliness is borderline poor, stains observed in the linen. No complimentary mineral water, tea, nor coffee, although they provide a electric kettle. Don't even think for slippers, it just not exist in the room. Not so long, I started to see some little insects crawling in the room. It just the worst thing to see in a hotel. The room also give cheap impression because of some room amenities choice such as cheap plastic clothes hanger and cheap plastic tissue box They only give limited amenities in the bathroom as per OYO standard. Stains can be seen in the toilet, and in the floor. The hotel provide rainfall shower which filthy and doesn't give a good powerful rainfall. The staff in the hotel doesn't engaging at all: lousy uniforms, no greetings, lack of manner, they talk loudly in the lobby in front of guests, they put their chips and cookies in the reception counter. They just really need to improve themselves. I honestly can't believe how this hotel can be rated as 3-stars hotel, even for budget hotel there's so much budget hotel with much much better services and facilities. From price perspective, I know they really offered a low budget options, but please, if you have little more money, I guarantee you there's another option better than this hotel. PS: Although the name is Business Hotel, as per my observation in the lobby their customer mostly young couple.…
