This is the worst experience I’ve ever had from my booking hotels I’ve made. Here’s why: 1.I ordered for suit double room but they gave me suit room which is cheaper than I ordered. 2. They charged 250k rupiahs for the deposits. Uh, they WILL NOT give you mineral water while in it’s written on Agoda that it will be included. 3. I entered the room and it was so hot even after I turned on the air conditioner, since half of the room was made from glasses. 4. I only got one towel and the tv cable didn’t work. (Still hoping nothing worse to come) 5. This is the most DISGUSTING toilet as I opened the toilet it looks like someone just peed and didn’t wipe the toilet seat. Plus the water looks black inside it. 6. Not to mention, the SHOWER WATER WAS BLACK (LITERALLY) like coming from sewer. I thought it would have stopped after a while. IT DIDN’T!

My title say it all: this my worst experience regarding staying in a hotel. I even had to moved to another hotel after just one night, although I have booked for 2 nights. From location point of view, this hotel has a great location due to its closeness to malls and attractions. The exterior of this hotel is pretty convincing too with office-like exterior. I arrive at this hotel and park my car at the basement, which is dark and shady. The basement also have limited space. Then security greet me, just to collect parking fee, and I need to pay it full according to my 2 nights plan (geez!). The fee is 5k IDR/night, so I ended pay 10k. Going to the lobby, I can feel the old and gloomy vibes of this hotel, and also it is not really a nice and neat hotel. Sofas at the lobby, but also you can they pile up some supplies at the corner of the lobby. Lobby also not very well air conditioned. Check in was so-so, but deposit of 250k IDR is ridiculous for a small hotel like this. During this Covid-19 situation, health protocol is not implemented correctly. Guest entering the hotel without temperature check and hand sanitizer only available at receptionist. Hotel put some sign that guests have to use mask in hotel area, but ridiculously none of the hotel staff use masks! Therefore I think that the sanitation of the hotel due to Covid-19 will also not be performed well to the rooms and other public area. After check in I proceed to my room at 6th floor, just to find my room card didn't work I go back to reception, and this staff girl casually only took their master card and open my room without actually fix my room card. At later time, I complained it again, and they took their machine to update my room's door sensor. The room was good at first sight, but after I check it some problems found. The electric saver (the one you put your card to turn on the light) didn't work, when I took the card, the electricity is still on. No security latch at the door. The door bell doesn't work. Cleanliness is borderline poor, stains observed in the linen. No complimentary mineral water, tea, nor coffee, although they provide a electric kettle. Don't even think for slippers, it just not exist in the room. Not so long, I started to see some little insects crawling in the room. It just the worst thing to see in a hotel. The room also give cheap impression because of some room amenities choice such as cheap plastic clothes hanger and cheap plastic tissue box They only give limited amenities in the bathroom as per OYO standard. Stains can be seen in the toilet, and in the floor. The hotel provide rainfall shower which filthy and doesn't give a good powerful rainfall. The staff in the hotel doesn't engaging at all: lousy uniforms, no greetings, lack of manner, they talk loudly in the lobby in front of guests, they put their chips and cookies in the reception counter. They just really need to improve themselves. I honestly can't believe how this hotel can be rated as 3-stars hotel, even for budget hotel there's so much budget hotel with much much better services and facilities. From price perspective, I know they really offered a low budget options, but please, if you have little more money, I guarantee you there's another option better than this hotel. PS: Although the name is Business Hotel, as per my observation in the lobby their customer mostly young couple.

Stayed for 1 night in Business Hotel Tomang, located in the roadside. They didn’t have air conditioner in the lobby, and check in proceed so long, so lil bit sweat. The room was good, like standart 3 stars hotels. Good enough friendly staff. Thank you! PS. Stayed here cause Air Conditioner in my house still under maintenance 😖

My room (number 816) was clean and pleasant. Unlike other guests, I have not seen or smelled anything dirty. And the view out of the window on the skyscrapers was amazing. What I didn't like is that during check-out, I had to wait for hotel staff to go up to the room to check if I hadn't used the minibar. This took a very long time. Allso, the key card holder contained the Wi-Fi password, but didn't mention the network's name. When I tried to call the reception, I found that the sticker with the phone numbers on the phone was so old that you couldn't read the phone number.

That was really bad to stay there. The reception even for Manager unhelpful and no smile at all. first she gave a room on the 2nd floor with a very smelly room and I asked to move to another room. then he gave me a room #302 that was still dirty and was being cleaned by housekeeping staff where the room was just used by guests who had just checked out. I also found that the bed cover was not replaced and there was still rubbish in the room. However, the staff receptionist provided the room to me with the situation unprepared. I then asked for another room that had been cleaned since the afternoon, but I still experienced a problem. He gave my room number 303 with clean and neat room conditions but the problem that I experienced was that the room was very noisy because on the same floor there were rooms that were in the process of renovation. I also asked the reception staff to stop the Project because I wanted to rest. and the answer I got is that the new Project will be completed around 10:00 p.m. which is very disturbing due to the noise from the machines and also the tools used for the renovation of the room. Bad experience is not just that when I see the towel I found in the bathroom with conditions that are not suitable for use, it can even be called a footcloth. even when I parked and parked the security staff on duty, I always asked for parking fees which was very disturbing because parking fees should not be charged to guests who stayed.

i stayed here for 2 nights. I booked junior suite with a very good deal bundling with flight through traveloka. My first impression when i walked through the lobby was the hotel looks kind of like a chinatown hotel. It was full of chinesee ornaments which is weird considering it is a business hotel. The room is spacious and comfortable. It comes with simple buffet breakfast. The location is great. Approximately around 15 mins walk to central park or we can just call uber. The tv didnt work well so we didnt watch anything during the stay. I would come again if i need to stay in jakarta

The hotel check in was efficient but a 250K IDR deposit fee ??? isnt it too much!?! There was no slippers in the room NOT EVEN ONE PAIR. I had to ask the front desk for a slipper and IT IS CHARGED 10K!! what kind of a hotel is that?! Then there was no tea and coffee and sugar packets that hotel usually offers in the room, I asked for it as well to the front desk staff but IT NEVER GOT TO MY ROOM. however, the toiletries is pretty complete.. everything is there from a sewing kit to a cotton swab packets are there. The bathroom smells bad! every time I flushed the toilet there was this bad smells coming out from it. IT IS DISGUSTING! The AC wasn't cold enough, and it leaks and the water drips woke me up in the middle of the night.. luckily I didn't put my electronics on the table underneath the AC. Or else I would have to ask the hotel management to replace my electronics with new ones. The lighting in the room is pretty bad, IT WAS REALLY DARK. I didn't expect to have a dark room. I am very disappointed in the hotel, I hope it can be improved.

Trust me DON'T choose this hotel if you are planning to relax and if you want a clean accommodation. Yes it is cheaper than other hotels but you deserve better than this hotel. The word itself "cheap", from receptionist to housekeeping is the worst service because they don't have proper communication. Plus every time we go to lobby there are staff relaxing on the chair at the reception area using their own personal phone. No greetings to guest or a smile. Excuse me? Are they on break time or what? Please don't show this kind of behavior specially in front desk. *To the Manager or Owner/s of this hotel please check your CCTV if you want to see what I am talking about. We are not happy about it because when we arrived on our first day in the hotel, Our room is still not ready (knowing that we booked week in advance). Front desk staff let us go up to our room and when we arrived, the housekeeping is still organizing the room. We are standing in front of the room waiting for them to finish. What the hell. I did my routine whenever I check-in hotels. I always check the bed if they really change the sheets so I opened the blanket and guess what I found? Hair all over the bed sheet like tons of hairs. How can you sleep with those disgusting hairs on your bed sheet? I also checked the bathroom just to make sure but of course it is dirty. Toilet bowl is disgusting because of the stains and strands of hair inside the bathroom. We requested them to clean the toilet bowl and change our bed sheet. Yes they cleaned the toilet bowl, probably they did their best but it is still dirty because of the remaining stains. Hmm... well this is a hotel so I am expecting their housekeeping department has trainings. They should have this kind of chemical or something to clean up stains in the toilet. They also changed our bed sheet in front of us while we are inside the room. While watching them changing the sheets, the second bed sheet was still dirty (I don't know why and where they got that) so the housekeeper is kind enough to get the 3rd bed sheet and finally it looks clean (I hope). After few minutes, I went inside the bathroom to take a shower but unfortunately we don't have a towel from the hotel. Again and again.. we called front desk to request for towels because they forgot to give the towels and also we requested for bottled water because they forgot that as well. Great! Don't get me wrong but those are complimentary from the hotel (very BASIC needs of the guest). The housekeeper arrived and gave us towels and surprisingly he did not bring any bottled water. Where is the communication guys? We did not bother to call front desk because we are pissed off already. The following day before we went outside our room, we switched on the button for "make up room". We also informed front desk staff to make up our room. The front desk staff even asked twice what is our room number. After our long day outside the hotel we finally arrived in our room and I am very disappointed because nothing has changed since we left the room. And yes, we called front desk to report the situation and the front desk said if we switch on that button the meaning is "Don't make up the room". We are not convinced because we have experience in a hotel industry but we are also thinking maybe this hotel is different. So we talked to one of the housekeeper and showed him what is the meaning if we switch on the "make up room" button? The housekeeper said somebody will come and clean the room. Well then, something is wrong. I think front desk and housekeeping department should communicate properly. What is the problem with the management here? I feel sorry for the Manager and the owner/s of this hotel. Staff are always making a mistake because you aren't really paying proper attention to detail. I regret staying here for 1 week. I hope in the future you will show what HOSPITALITY really means. Please Improve on that.
