The Hotel has seen better days and it needs to some revamping to Keep up with its competitors. Pool is still out of service. Breakfast is so-so. The ceiling over our shower was rotting with mould. The equipment and room furnishing needs to be retired and replaced with new ones. Carpet needs to be replaced too. Security as always, is...

Classic Hotel with excellent service staff. Complimentary shuttle bus to the nearby mall was a plus. Concierge team was very helpful especially Kornelis. Well done and looking forward to be back again.

The Sultan Hotel is undoubtedly the best hotel in Jakarta. The attention to detail, service, amenities just to name a few, are beyond any other hotel in the city. The intimate experience and unblemished consideration towards the guests make you feel at home from the moment you arrive

Everyone was so genuinely friendly and helpful and not in a formal way, just a relaxed and warm feeling. The hotel itself has beautiful traditional javanesse decoration, it...

The hotel has a nice reception. The breakfast is self service flat fee. Several asian food and local and international food as well are available. The international breakfast has no much variety. There are several restaurants in the hotel (chinese, japanese) and a lounge is there too. Near Seyanan City and Seyanan PLaza, I always go there walking when a...

It was a very convenient place to stay, knowing the very busy Jakarta city. Less noise and you can still hear birds singing outside the hotel lobby. The building has a classic look and I like it very much. Very comfortable. I'm on a business trip for a week and the hotel is well connected through the underground tunnel to...

Many people know this hotel as ex-Hilton hotel, also because the scandal about the land ownership where the hotel (and apartment) was built. My survey through online travel agent found the room rate is about 1 million IDR per night for deluxe room. Location & Building: It...
