Our trip to Lhasa would not be complete without the wonderful care we received at the Four Points by Sheraton. The staff was so accommodating and friendly. The food was wonderful, rooms very clean and conveniently located near the Jokhang Temple. The staff went out of their way to make our tour group comfortable and happy. Special thanks to Jerry...

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel and I was really happy with the choice. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was good. I loved the bed and pillows quality which was better than most of European hotels. Amenities were also in very good shape. We were able to walk from the hotel to the old town of Lhasa which was...

Found room very cold so you're left with choice of leaving air-conditioning on to keep warm but then this dries the air. Duvet too thin so had to double it. Good breakfast choice and WiFi satisfactory. Decent location.

Good place to stay in Lhasa. Nice rooms and amenities, friendly staff not so far from the tibetan neighbourhood. We were there for three nights and all of us enjoyed the place, nice ambience, cosy rooms and good breakfast.

Clean & practical amenities. They keep tow bottles of oxygen in the room for emergency use. Good American Breakfast with a wide choice. We got a corner room ,so had windows on two sides. Their massage centre is managed absolutely unprofessionally. They just do not adhere to the appointments given. Without batting an eye lid we were asked to come after...

We stayed three nights at this near center located hotel. The dinner and breakfast buffet was very good with a great choice of food. Nice clean rooms, comforable beds. good and freiendly service, but they spoke liitle and worse English. The wifi worked only at the reception area. Great value for money.

Tried this and the famous Shangri-la. I needed to say, four points was super value for money. As Sheraton member, we were lucky to be upgraded. Clean condition with comfortable bed. Hot shower. All these seems easy but felt blessed after intensive travel. Breakfast buffet can be elevated but sufficient enough. Shangri-la was great from hardware but services level was...

Stayed here with husband for four nights in total: three whilst visiting Lhasa, and one following a tour of other parts of Tibet. The first room was fine, the second had two single beds which was ok for the single night. Both rooms were large with comfortable beds. Breakfast was very good; I particularly enjoyed the excellent bread. No wifi...

I stayed here during my trip to Lhasa because I thought that Starwood had a basic set of standards globally. These standards were certainly not met here. The WiFi doesn't work in rooms and when I asked why the staff told me it only works well in common areas. Beyond that, the staff spoke worse English than at independent hotels...
