I stayed here for 3 nights last year. The hostel was nicely decorated with a big friendly dog too. The hostel staff weren't overly friendly but they still did their job. Didn't really enjoy having to walk outside and into a shower block that was quite unclean compared to the rest of the hostel. I stayed in a 6 bed...

This place has so much potential but is not maintained, and the place seems to be falling apart. When it rains, water flows down on some of the walls and soak the socket. The staff doesn't do anything to prevent it. Everything is kind of like that. You can live with it, but I can't see how they can keep...

On first appearances it looks like a nice little hostel with plenty of character and there is a big lovely dog to greet you. However, when I first saw my bed it had a large rat faeces perched on the headboard. I told the receptionist and she came and wiped it off with some tissue. And that was that. Later,...

I stayed for only one night but had a really good stay. The hostel is a bit hidden away and I had to ask once because I wasn't sure if I was in the right area. It is kind of in a hutong area and there are plenty of nice little restaurants around. It is close to Nanjing Railway Station...

I stayed 5 nights in the private room. There is no lift which might be a problem if you have big and heavy luggages. There are stairs everywhere. No hair dryer, water boiler. Just two simple beds, 2 side tables and one chair. Beds were uncomfortable for me. The air duct in the ceiling started dripping brown water on me...

i had traveled to Nanjing in the past 2yrs every one or two months, and l stayed here every time, it is a very good place to make friends, have a quiet room to sleep. the only problems might be the hardware is old and buggy, but at this location and price you can not get any other better offers.

I stayed in this hostel for three nights with a fellow backpacking traveler in November of 2012. Of the three nights we stayed two in a private twin-room with bath and shower and one in a 3-bed dorm room. The private twin room is basic but clean and comfortable. Our 3-bed dorm room was tiny but the bed was still...

Very very basic, but very cheap, and a pleasant retreat from the hustle-bustle. Enjoyed my double room and ensuite. A home away from home. Shame internet wasn't available after reception closed though. Would have liked to have called friends on Skype after hours.

We stayed here for three nights in a basic twin room. The hostel was cheap compared to other major cities in the east and aside from the extremely hot weather we had a pleasant stay here. The room was basic with two single beds, a desk and air-con. The bathroom was on the small side and water tended to get...
