Nina Hotel Tsuen Wan West is a genuine Hong Kong landmark that presides over the Kowloon Peninsula’s Western edge. Standing between Tai Mo Shan mountain and the Rambler Channel, it was originally planned to be the world’s tallest building. However, its proximity to the airport flightpath led to it becoming the two sparkling sister towers of today. This Nina’s location is packed with appeals. Firstly, getting here is easy. It’s less than 20 minutes by road from Central, Tsim Sha Tsui is a 12 minute train ride, and the international airport is 25 minutes by the highway. So you see, it’s an efficient base from which to explore. But be warned, you may not want to leave.

Detailed Reviews
We had a very pleasant stay at L’Hotel Nina at Tsuen Nov 2019! Staying at Nina is definitely one of the highlights from our trip to Hong Kong! We stayed at the executive building at the 82nd floor, the view is breathtaking!
Location – Very convenient! The hotel is located at the busiest street in Tsuen Wan, everything is within walking distance. Restaurants, supermarkets, MTR and bus stations, convenient stores, parks are all within 5-10 walking distance. Malls are interconnected with the hotel, you do not have to go down the ground level and walk on the busy streets if you don’t want to. It is very convenient when it rains.
Room – One of the nicest room we have stayed in HK, everything is sparkling clean. Upon our arrival, staff prepared the crib and the bedding rail for my 5 year old which I did not ask for! That’s very nice of them for doing that. Also, the removable shower heads is extra convenient for the kids. Our room is very spacious and the view is the best! We enjoy our room very much! They know that we have 2 small kiddos, so they always stock us with water, shampoo and conditioners.
Staff – I have to give kudos to Ms.Natalie Lam who is the guest service manager, during our 13 days stay at the hotel. She always try her very best to make sure our stay is as comfortable as possible in, she always ask us how are we doing every time we see her in a professional manner, she always make sure everything is fine. Also, our cleaning lady Ms Chiu Kin Fung (Hopefully I spell that right!) cleans our room daily. With 2 little kids, our room can get pretty messy sometimes, but at the end of each day when we return to the room, everything is cleaned and organized! There are times that we told her we don’t need her to clean the room (because we think its clean!) but she suggested to clean the floor for us because she wants to make sure the floor is cleaned for the kids. Both Ms Lam and Ms Fung cares about the guests as much as they do to themselves which we really appreciate that!
We will definitely be staying at L’Hotel Nina At Tsuen Wan next time, we want to stay thank you for everyone at the hotel to make us feel like home.
I would highly recommend anyone to stay at this hotel, I am sure you will enjoy as much as we did!

We had a long stay in December 2019 (over three weeks) in L’hotel Nina et Convention Centre and there was nothing to complain. We were upgraded to a twin bed room on the executive level which was beyond our imagination. The room was clean and spacious. Harbour view was very well equipped and with a stunning panoramic view. Beds were extremely comfortable. Large bathroom and great shower. Housekeepers were very friendly. Their services were very efficient.
I want to express my gratitude to some of your staff in particular.
- Miss Nancy Pu, the housekeeping manager was professional. She was full of smiles and attend to our personal needs. For example, she provided us extra water bottles, coffee and bath shower gel. We appreciated for the services provided.
- Miss Chow Fan was the housekeeper for my room. I usually kept my room tidy but Fan did not just change the towels and bed sheets, she really went the extra mile and organized everything and cleaned everything better than you see in most hotels. The floors were clean. There was no hair or toothpaste splashes in the bathroom area. The toilet was wiped clean all the time! The large glass shower was wiped clean and shiny when I got back to my room. I did not find dust atop of any horizontal surfaces. This lady is doing an incredible job and should be rewarded and maybe assigned to train others.
From the housekeepers to the servers in the concierge lounge to the porters at the door, every member of the team greets and makes guests feel welcome. Miss Natalie at the Front Desk was very helpful and professional! She escorted us to the room which was located on the executive floor. Also, she prepared daily newspaper on our request.
Exceptional value for money. Staff friendly & helpful, hotel was clean, relaxed atmosphere, quiet and secure, perfect location. We are already looking forward to come back as soon as possible. Highly recommended for everyone!

This is my first time stay in this hotel. Location fantastic, shopping mall, food market & MRT, all within mins walking distance and on site. Room is very big, I stayed in twice room which has 2 double bed. Good view on higher floor. All the facilities is brand new since it's new hotel. Unfortunately cos the pandemic time pools and gyms are close, otherwise my 1 months stay will be even better experience. The service excellent, they are very accomdating with my request. I had my family come to visit me stay over night, have takeaway meal with 5 people in my room still not feel crowded. It is memorable stay, hope this hotel keep it up, and I will be back hk visit again and definitely want to stay with them. Special mention the floor manage Jenny, she notice my long stay, and very caring and address me always by name. She ever see me will always ask if I need anything to top up or cleaning if I put on do not disturb sign on.

This is our first time stay in this hotel. The location is great, shopping malls, local food markets, MTR and bus stops are within short walking distance. The room is spacious and comfortable for a family of three. We had a lovely harbour view room (5027) and the room was refurbished recently so it is like new. The staffs are all very helpful and polite. As a long stay customer, we have our room cleaned twice a week but the housekeeping staffs are very attentive. The housekeeping supervisor Cao Wen came to greet us and see what we need. Special thanks to Xie Aili who works so hard to keep our room clean and tidy. I will definitely stay in this hotel again if I visit HK next time.

Nice hotel. just located steps away from Tsuen Wan West MTR and a shaded walkway to Tsuen Wan station via footbridge. Nice shoppingg mall close by and plenty of restaurant.
Room is great. we got upgraded to Tower II view room and a good, contemporary collection of amenities equipped in Hotel. USB outlet at wall plug. newly installed carpet feels good with right-softness bed.
Hotel staff is warm and welcoming. we got personally greetings from Simon Cheng, Hotel guest service ambassador during stay and he served our needs well. Room cleaning maid Yoyo Chang is great at understanding our special needs (we have a 3 yr old kids so we know we are demanding).
definitely will stay next time, given the amazing price deal and CLOSE transport to Disneyland and airport.

I visited Hong Kong for a few weeks, arriving early January 2022. At that time, the mandatory quarantine was 21 days for travelers from many countries. I opted for Nina Hotel at Tseun Wan West. The room was clean and tidy. Service was responsive. All of my requests were satisfied within 10 minutes. Family sent me supplies, and those were delivered promptly.
Meals were included in the package. I am not a picky eater, though I'd say the food was better than I expected for quarantine meals. Food was delivered hot and was tasty. There was a deluxe menu which you can upgrade for $1400 for 7 days. You'd get an extra tea time snack, and upgraded food - fancy orange juice, croissants, steak, seafood, etc. One could also order food from outside, though I didn't have to try that because the meals + awesome homecooked food was more than enough.
Cleaning supplies were provided for the long stay. I couldn't use them all up, but hey it's a pandemic so disinfect things as much and often as you reasonably can. To that end, I think it was a good idea to have a lot of cleaning supplies. The hotel staff were alwyas on the watchout for unnecessary contact. They were particularly careful about when doors were opened. As far as I can tell, the air purifiers in the corridors were always on. Given how one of the infection clusters were suspected to have been started in a quarantine hotel when multiple occupants were opening doors at once, and air purifiers being turned off, I think Nina Hotel did well here. If I recall correctly, the hotel specifically mentioned that quarantine rooms have their own isolated air conditioning system. That does provide an extra level of confidence.
The harbor view was fantastic. I believe I got lucky with a corner room with views of Tai Mo Shan, Tsing Yi and Ting Kau Bridge. While the long quarantine was definitely unpleasant, the combination of a nice room, exceptional service, and safety, made it bearable. The most important thing was that I left the hotel having tested negative 14 times (all PCR tests), and felt confident that I would not be endangering elder members in the family.

I booked this hotel online after reviewing others’ comments. The price is in the middle range of HK quarantine hotels, but you will receive excellent experience I can say.
The hotel reception staffs are nice and friendly. They tell me useful information solving my puzzle.
The room is spacious for a couple, we got a bedroom with 2 double bed. It is tidy and clean generally, but it always has room to improve. They provide air purifier inside the room, which gives me much more confidence.
If you are worrying about the quarantine hotel hygiene, they provide unlimited alcohol papers and anti-bacterial spray.
The food is really a surprise, it is delicious, hot and good looking. The food is cooked by the hotel kitchen. Some quarantine hotels will just order food from nearby canteen, this will make the standard difficult to control. I can see that they make good effort to deliver tasty food to every quarantined travellers. This is very important as most people will not be happy over this 14 days period, the tasty food helps to relieve our anxiety. They list out the menu on the website, you can have some idea what you will eat. This idea is great! They also provide afternoon tea daily, which is out of my expectation. They have not mentioned it on the website. We got 2 nice heart-shaped cakes on the Valentine day. We also got nice dumplings in red bean soup on the lantern festival! Thank you very much to their chefs!
The staffs are really nice and impressive, house keeping staffs are prompt to provide you bed sheets and pillow cases for replacement once you call. Water and tissue paper are delivered in a minute. With special thanks to Simon, he is helpful, polite and ready to help!

The room size is decent with a shower + tub. Although not situated in the city center like Causeway Bay or Tsim Sa Tsui, the surrounding area offers enough dining/shopping options. You can access the surrounding malls, the Tsuen Wan West MTR via indoor pathway.
What stood out though was how courteous and kind the staff were. Especially the lady in charge my roon,Ms Chow Chien Ling our room was always immaculate, she was always friendly, she gave us more toiletries when she saw we are a family of 4.
we had issue with the wall outlet, the supervisor told us she would have the issue fixed and it was done the same night. I am very impressed with the hot and its staff.

I picked this hotel as an ending of this long business trip.It is the landmark-highest tower at Rambler bay, with fantastic views from room windows, surrounded by 5 shopping malls and one big supermarket. There are also 2 MTR Stations around 10 minutes away on foot and lots of buses can travel anywhere in HK.
This hotel has the biggest rooms in HK at the same price, and great staff here help the guest to address any requirement, who have made this a very nice and cozy stay, especially the housekeeper Lai siufan and Supervisor Qin wen xue. At such a tough moment, they are doing a great job to keep hotel clean and keep every guest heathy. Most appreciated for your hardworking!

Heard their outdoor swimming pool is opening now, so I came to enjoy the view; luckily the weather was nice during a rainy month.
They are having a package of dinner plus rooms. The buffet was moderate and the room cleaning was still unsatisfied.
I had to call the front desk for a room change and they were helpful to quickly arrange another one with no dusty smell. I understand this is a tough time, and everyone should keep up the good work; really appreciate the patience and try to fulfill my needs through the phone. Still bothered by a bit though.

I do not know any other rooms being renovated at Nina Hotel when I was there. The room I stayed on the 53rd floor is rather new and clean to me.

Royal Tunbridge Wells, United Kingdom4 contributions4 helpful votesHi. Does anyone know what is the difference between "harbor view deluxe" and "harbor view executive".? Thank you :)
We booked the harbour view deluxe on the hotel website, and were upgraded to the very spacious harbour view executive suite. It had a sitting area and 2 king beds, actually had room for one more bed. There was a beautiful walk-in wardrobe and a bathroom with shower, bathtub and separate toilet.
As you can easily see on Google Map, it is 16km from Dismeyland.
It is close to MTR and would ttake you about 1h to reach Disneyland.
